  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Very clean and well taken care of, lots of thoughtful details like books and two tv’s. Pretty decor and nice furniture, nice new fully equipped kitchen, everything we needed and very easy check in process!

Edgewater Tower resort in PCB

Condo was dated - too much glass on wall & in shower of which shower needs updated. Cold in bedroom & warm in living area (hard to find a happy medium). Washer didn’t work (unit appears to be like 15 yrs old. Ned wasn’t comfortable but better than the pull out couch. Living room furniture stained. Kitchen hot water didn’t get hot. Price too much for a dated condo. Location is great!! Parking sucks!!

Would not recommend

Place had no working washing machine even after advertising that they had a washer and dryer. Extremely frustrating going to the beach for a week with limited outfits, no clean towels and not being able to wash anything. Contacted management within the first day and nothing ever done about it.

Weekend getaway

We loved the location of this. We felt it was in the perfect spot in PCB, short drive to Walmart, pier park, many of our favorite restaurants, and mini golf. We had a great experience. The bedroom was VERY nice the bed was super comfortable and felt clean. The living room was not as clean the floor had some sticky areas and a few of the dishes were dirty that required us to wash before use but other than that everything was good. I’m not sure if it’s always like this but I got a call from Dara before my stay about the washer not working (which got fixed) but she gave me her direct number and she was so easy to get in touch with and she helped us with the access code to our door. She also offered to bring us more towels if we needed it since we had 4 people staying there and the washer mishap. Now there’s a brand new washer/dryer and it’s NICE! We are already considering booking again!

Don’t book with Vacasa

Dilapidated and dated. Dirty upon arrival. Anytime we needed something, Vacasa would tell us they are contacting the local team. Then, nothing. No follow-up. There was a severe and continuous breakdown in communication between Vacasa and the local team. Every time you reach out to resume the conversation, you have to start over with a new out-of-country service rep who doesn’t know what is going on. I had to make multiple trips to the store for things like cleaning supplies, dryer sheets, and trash bags during my vacation. We were awakened at 8am one morning with someone from maintenance drilling into our bedroom wall. Then, they worked on pipes outside of the room, and brown water came exploding out of the shower.
