Gorgeous, Bright Townhome Close to Beach!

Your perfect vacation awaits you at this gorgeous, newly redone townhome! We are only a 4-minute walk to the amazing white sandy beaches! Also walking distance to some incredible restaurants and many great tourist attractions. We have beach chairs, a beach cart, sand toys, and more for our guests to enjoy :)

The townhome can host up to 6 guests comfortably! It features a spacious main level with brand new flooring, kitchen seating for 6, a half bathroom, and a main-floor balcony with a view of the lagoon.
Two large bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen bed, the other with a queen bed and bunk beds) as well as a full bathroom. The bonus garage space has a large seating / hang out area - the perfect spot to chill after coming back from the beach. Large community pool is directly in front of our townhome. Steps away!

The unit has tons of natural light and is always sparkling clean! We have fast, unlimited WIFI and the TVs are set up with YouTube Live TV (cable). The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cooking utensils! We also have a BBQ/grill for guests to use.
Unit has laundry, with a washer and dryer. Both queen beds have brand new top-of-the-line mattresses to ensure your perfect night's rest.
We've thought of all the details so all you need to do is SHOW UP to start enjoying your vacation!

**No hidden extra fees! We only charge a cleaning fee, and that it is! You will not be asked to pay extra for pool use, parking, or anything else! What you see is all included :)
*Please note: unfortunately no pets allowed, due to HOA rules.

THE UNIT WAS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE. THE CUSHIONS IN THE OUTSIDE CHAIRS NEED REPLACING AS DOES THE INSULATED GLASS IN THE BACK DOOR SECOND LEVEL. THE LIGHT IN THE MICROWAVE OVER THE STOVE WAS BURNED OUT AND THERE IS NO UNDER COUNTER LIGHT OVER THE SINK. IT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED RATHER THAN DISPLACED. I HAD TO CHANGE BEDROOMS TO THE ONE WITH THE BUNK BEDS BECAUSE THE A/C BLOWER MAKES A NOISE LIKE THE DRYER IS RUNNING AND I COULDN'T GET USE TO IT. PLUS ON SATURDAY NIGHT, WHICH IS THE LAST NIGHT OF BIKE WEEK, NEWBY'S WAS BLASTING THEIR MUSIC UNTL 2:00 AM. I DON'T MEAN TO SOUND LIKE I DIDN'T ENJOY MY STAY BECAUSE I DID. THERE IS JUST A SMALL LEARNING CURVE TO KNOW WHAT BED TO SLEEP IN. I WOULD RENT IT AGAIN!

Likes….Clean, cozy, quiet, close to beach, restaurants and stores. Dislikes… Grounds need to be landscaped for better view off balcony, biting ants at pool, dryer wouldn’t stay on. I would stay again no problem just needs a little upkeep in some areas.

Great Trip

We had a great spring break trip full of memories!! Definitely enjoyed everything about the trip. Comfy, but squeaky mattresses. The walk to the beach is alittle longer than expected because of having to cross a main road. Overall though, it was a great trip and we would say here again.

All the comforts of home a short walk to the beach

We were lucky enough to call Jodi’s townhome home for three weeks. We didn’t want for anything! The unit is fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is a short 4 minute walk, which I was easily able to do solo with my three young children. So convenient to NOT have to load everyone up, drive and try to find parking. We thoroughly enjoyed the garage hangout. My husband actually worked remote from there during our stay with the garage door open and a nice ocean breeze! Plus, it’s great to drop off sandy towels and beach toys after a trip to the beach. It significantly reduces the amount of sand carried to the living spaces upstairs. Speaking of beach gear, Jodi provides a plethora of sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, pool noodles, a boogie board, etc. So nice not to have to buy all that upon arrival. The kids enjoyed the community pool on site, despite the water being cold. The kids also loved safely scootering around the loop of the complex. The kitchen is well stocked to allow for making meals at home. There are ample towels and blankets. The mattresses are comfortable, so a goodnight’s rest is ensured. The location of the townhome is great for access to fun activities. We especially loved our visits to St. Andrew’s State park, which is only 11 min away. Because you’re in the heart of everything, expect to hear some nightlife noise. The sound machines provided ensured that wasn’t an issue. Jodi is very responsive and a delight to work with. We certainly would consider a future stay with her!
