As we explained to host our room was dirty mold over shower that they sent someone to just spray paint over it. No silverware no usable dishes toaster was unusable. Dehumidifier in middle of kitchen that she said we were expected to empty every time (2 times a day) and it was loud. All staff at place were very rude even had one security lady made me stop cleaning my bike or she call the law cause I wasn’t in parking garage. To dark in it. And nobody was in parking lot outside. Just me. Very rude. We been there for several years never seen such a mess it bad attitude. We spoke with several other older couples said same thing. I am going to continue to post pics and comments on Facebook about this unless someone makes it right or makes me feel heard. They are on Panama City beach rentals on Facebook. Seem yall forget who makes or breaks ya. I have nothing better to do so posting our trip will go on for years. Unit number also. We actually left that unit after 2 days but didn’t check out stayed at holiday inn. Because I was there to relax not deal with emptying a dehumidifier twice a day or worry about mold that was just covered up. And yes I can tell the difference between mold and mildew. We took a sample and will get it tested at home.
