Let’s start with an AWESOME BEACH LOCATION!!! Our 8th floor condo is located in the most sought after Panama City Beach locale: the quiet, peaceful, and serene west end. Although we are only two miles from the incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment venue, Pier Park, we are a “world away” from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population, and more.
Tropic Winds amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool (heated from end of Nov. to March) steam room, hot tub, huge sun deck and grilling areas.
There is also a sauna and small fitness center conveniently located just two doors away from our unit.

Now for the condo itself: This is a SMOKE FREE 2 bedroom/2 bath unit.As soon as you enter you will see the kitchen, dining, living areas, featuring a wall of glass with a breathtaking view of the emerald waters and white sandy beach below. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you might need. There is seating at the breakfast bar as well as a dining table for six. Living area includes 65 inch smart TV, comfortable seating and sleeper sofa. The sliding doors open to a massive balcony. What a view! Here you can enjoy dining at our new table, lounging in full motion recliners, and most importantly taking in amazing views of the beach, the ocean, and sunrise/sunsets, as well as views of aquatic life in the water such as dolphins and rays.
The primary bedroom also has sliding doors that provide access to the balcony. It features a king size bed, full bath, and extra large closet, and 55" smart TV.
Secondary bedroom is also a king size bed, adjoining full bath, and 55" smart tv. If you are traveling with small children, there is a pak-n-play and high chair provided as well.
The laundry room includes a brand new full-sized Samsung washer and dryer, making it easy to launder towels, and swim suits, etc.

We provide complimentary beach chair service from March 15 thru October 31 which includes two padded beach loungers and large umbrella. Inside the unit, you will find additional beach chairs, beach toys, and games of all sorts.
We provide a reserved parking space in the building, just feet away from the elevators, and additional overflow parking across the street.

Our HOA does not allow us to rent to any singles under the age of 25 years old-no exceptions.
