Absolutely love this place!

This place is amazing! It’s beautiful and in a great location. We visited Deer Lake several times, which is a very short golf cart ride away and then we would walk across the street to the Big Chill each night and hang out and let the kids choose the different options for food. All of the thought and amenities they put into this place is what makes it really standout and makes the vacation so enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly nice and super responsive and helpful. Seriously, this couldn’t have been a better experience. 100% we’ll be back!

Amazing!

We live in New Braunfels, Texas so it was 12 hours to 30YAY! We had the best. We had our family with us ; 3 children ages9,8and12. They had so much fun sleeping in the bunk room. The house was gorgeous. It was wonderful to have coffee in the morning sitting outside on the porch in the rocking chairs. We also enjoyed “The Chill” across the street with food, ice cream and games. We will be back! It’s the best vacation we’ve had in years!

Fabulous Townhome and Location

I cannot say enough good things about 30Yay. The townhome is simply fabulous. The property includes a golf cart for convenience to the beach and local restaurants and shops as well as anything you may need for the beach. A beach cart, kid's toys, boogie boards, umbrella and chairs mean you do not have to bring those items with you. The community pool is large with many chairs for lounging around the pool. The house is roomy, in great condition, great mattresses, fabulous kitchen and TVs in each bedroom. We will stay at this property again.
