Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!



High Pointe Resort 131 is a gorgeous ground-floor condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. Feel your cares drift away once inside this beautiful oasis with all the comforts of home, but better! An open-concept living/dining area welcomes you inside while floor-to-ceiling windows showcase incredible views of the stunning grounds and lagoon-style pool just outside your door. Modern appointments and updated appliances in the kitchen make meal prep a cinch on those nights you’d prefer to stay in. Whether relaxing in the living room, with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, or lounging on the patio with a good book, you’ll find this idyllic setting a peaceful escape from morning to night. Bathrooms are spacious and modern, while cozy bedrooms offer plush comforts and a welcome retreat at the end of the day. With two king-sized beds, a queen bed, and a twin bunk, everyone will sleep comfortably and wake up refreshed for new adventures! A full-sized washer and dryer is an additional convenience to enjoy during your stay.



With so many amenities, you may never want to leave the resort! From tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, a playground for the kids, and newly added pickle ball courts you’ll all find plenty to do. Plus, the lagoon-style people will keep everyone entertained for hours. Walk to the beach, then hit the on-site restaurant, Crabby Steve’s, for a light bite before exploring the surrounding communities. Head west to Alys Beach or Seacrest Beach for an afternoon of shopping. Travel east and hike through Camp Helen State Park or paddleboard on Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake around!
