This place is right in the center of everything! Close to the beach and shopping! Have bikes that you can take, i think there are 4. Very roomy l, cozy and nicely decorated. Will definitely come back again! The only down side was we couldn't use the beach at the shopping center area, they said we had to rent their condos

The perfect location and such a comfortable stay. Having a 2 year old can have its challenges but we were actually able to relax with plenty of room, a pool and the beach so close. There are so many places close by to eat as well.The management company reached out throughout our stay and we had no problems. They made sure everything was more than accommodating. We look forward to staying at the house again!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to Rosemary and we were only 50 feet from the beautiful neighborhood pool. The house needs a few minor repairs and updates, but was certainly more than adequate for our group. Wonderful trip!!

Everything about this house was awesome. Property manager was great and communicated immediately when we needed something. She even contacted the HOA about the pool, so went over and above. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, perfect location adjacent to Rosemary Beach, but had our own convenient private beach with its own access one block away. Rode the bikes everywhere including the beach with provided beach chairs that can be carried like back packs (bikes and chairs provided at house). Whole experience was wonderful and we will definitely stay again!

Excellent Spring Break

We loved this house, in a great small Community. Easy to rent and mgmt responded right away on a Sunday to provide us with gas for the grill. It was perfect to be just on the outskirt of Rosemary and Seacrest craziness but close enough to easily walk/ride bikes to those areas. Only con is not related to the house, but the closest public beach to the house does not have restroom.

Beautiful property and very clean! Great location…. Beach area kind of small with Rosemary boundary on one side and private owners’ boundary on the other side…. Not a problem for us but I could see where it would be a problem during busy season! Easy walk to Rosemary restaurants and shops!

Perfect stay with family and friends

Check in process was quick and easy. Never had to contact owners/property management. The house was well decorated with comfortable amenities. It was cleaned perfectly and a shot walk to the beach! It was nice also having smaller children and the pool right outside the front door as well as a large sandbox in the back yard! We would stay again!
