From the moment you step into BeeBy the Sand, you’ll be captivated by its charm. With sweeping 180-degree views of 30A’s beautiful coastline, stylishly appointed interiors, and beach access just 50 steps away, your vacation will start with excitement and relaxation. The combination of breathtaking ocean vistas, upscale furnishings, and effortless beach access makes BeeBy the Sand one of our top vacation rentals.



Upon entering this third-floor haven, you’ll find custom-built twin bunk beds designed with children in mind, creating a whimsical and cozy space for little ones to enjoy.



Parents can retreat to the luxurious master suite, featuring a king-sized bed with premium linens, all-new furnishings, a king-sized mattress, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is elegantly designed, perfect for washing off the day’s salt and sand.



As you make your way to the living and kitchen area, you’ll be greeted by the stunning aqua blue waters visible through the expansive glass doors. Perfect stay! Everything was wonderful. The aesthetic was beautiful and relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner had everything labeled, including the light switches and the cabinets in the kitchen. It was so helpful. The property in general is quaint, private, not overcrowded. So close to the beach you can hear the waves from the balcony. We will definitely return to BeeBy the Sand.

The condo was a "C" trifecta - that is, cute, clean and cozy. Perfect and quaint for two adults and would definitely book again! The view was good and we enjoyed riding the bikes.For consideration:I would liked to have had more than one roll of toilet tissue (had to purchase more!), a box of kleenex and a blanket (had to use a towel). The weather was unseasonably cold, however, even had it not been, I would have needed a blanket because of my and my husband's very different body temperatures.

Beautiful Spring Break Stay!

We had a great stay here! It was steps from the beach with chair-rental access at the end of the boardwalk. You’re a 3 minute drive to Rosemary, and even in peak season, we always found parking. There’s a Publix around 5-7 mins from the condo for a quick grocery run. We found the unit to be perfect for our 6 and 8 year old boys, and it was extremely clean, new and well-maintained. We’d come back!

Little Gem

This was a great place to stay. Clean, comfy bed, enough towels! A few things could make it better for it to be amazing. It would be so amazing if we could have had simple kitchen items like salt, pepper, olive oil etc just to help out on minor things. Plan to bring a blanket or two because while the bed is comfy, the comforter is very thin and not super warm. Also would have loved if the gate from the beach access and the property would have worked better.

Perfect Place to BeeByTheSea!

Perfectly equipped with all we needed. Nice view from the balcony, direct access to Inlet Beach, umbrellas and beach chairs available. Beds were very comfortable, unit cooled well, washer and dryer were certainly appreciated. Complimentary bikes were delivered and the company was super friendly. Would definitely book a second stay!

Perfect beach location, wonderfully updated

We had a fantastic stay at the Heart of the Dunes. This unit has an incredible view of the ocean and is steps to the beach. The unit was beautifully updated. What stood out to me was all the quality contents like kitchen supplies, appliances, and great books that were an awesome special touch. Also plenty of towels etc. 2 bikes come with the unit and we were able to rent a 3rd from the same company who dropped off for us. This was a comfortable, easy, beautiful stay :)

Fabolous location

Newly remodeled w/ all upgraded appliances, large tvs cute decor, well use of the space. Nice view of the ocean from patio, short walk across street to boardwalk beach access. No elevator unit is on 3rd floor with stair access only which was fine for us but some may need an elevator. Bunk beds cute for ages 12yrs and younger. Perfectly located to downtown. We enjoyed the 2 bikes which came with the unit to bike into town about a mile and around. Publix only a few minutes away. Gym enthusiasts try Paradise Fitness offers day passes, very small but reasonably priced over all other in area.

Cute and comfortable condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was brand new and updated. All the amenities that we needed were available. It was all very clean. The walk to the beach was short and right across the street. The pool was small but all we needed. We'd stay here again.
