Great space!

I’m giving it a four star because when we arrived the room smelled like a house that had dogs. The blender and garbage disposal did not work. If you have kids make sure they don’t track in water with their wet shoes or bathing suit because the floors are super slippery! I also had to get in the bath tub with my son because the tub was beyond slippery. Otherwise the room was super spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Would Stay Again

Our condo was very roomy and provided great space for two families and multiple children. The door code made it extremely user friendly and having a washer and dryer was really nice! The view from the spacious balcony was also great! Cons: The floor was still wet when we arrived and the fan in the living room did not work. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. The resort is large and provides great amenities! The splash pad was so much fun for the kids and the bar and grill was a nice feature. Check in was really easy and the parking garage provided plenty of parking for everyone. Cons: Long wait times on elevator (mostly during check in and check out). Wasn’t dirty but also wasn’t very clean. There is no ramp to the beach which makes it very challenging with wagons. Luggage carts are hard to come by when you need them.

Disappointing to say the least

First off we arrived to the unit and it was very dirty, smelled like someone had smoked in it & a musty odor, the bunks had sheets on inside out with sand in them like they were never washed, toilets were filthy including blood down the side of one and pee all in front of the other. The couches in this unit were absolutely disgusting stains all over and wore out. The pictures on the walls had mildew behind them we are thinking this was partially the musty smell. We placed large sheets over the couches to keep from even sitting directly on the couch they were so dirty. The hotel is very run down and outdated. The company Vacasa was able to give our cleaning fee back for the dirtyness but we still had to stay there 8 days in complete filth. but, over all a stay of $2500.00 and a $100 cleaning fee back really didn’t even come close to making the resort anymore manageable and to make it worth our while. Very disappointed and will not make this mistake again to stay here.

Had an amazing time staying here!

The spacious living space, the pools, the beach, and all the amenities provided inside the conde are super! The view from the balcony is breathtaking; really enjoyed stunning sunset view and can't take enough pics! The place is kids friendly and definitely recommended for families with young kids to come here! I'd like to stay here forever!

Fun family vacaion on the beach

Stayed for a week. The condo was spacious for five of us. The beach chairs setup that come with the condo was perfect for our family. The waterpark was the highlight for the kids. Condo is not too far from Pier Park where you can have all kind of food there.

Wonderful stay with the family

Condo is large and has nice view from the balcony the sunset. Kitchen has plenty of stuff for cooking. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included with the rent. Otherwise, pretty expensive if we have to rent them ourselves.

Wonderful stay with the family

The space was wonderful for my family of 4! There was plenty of room for a few more people as well! We had the best time in the pools and spa! Just steps from the beach with FREE beach chairs and umbrella! I will definitely be back! Edwin was amazingly host!!!!!Thank u very much! Can’t wait to stay again in august!

Spacious Condo

We stayed in this condo over spring break and from the minute we walked in we were completely wowed! The condo is so spacious with plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was great and completely stocked with anything you needed. Everything was SO clean. If you choose to stay here you will love it!

Great Vacation at the beach

Condo has great view of the ocean. We saw some dolphins in one morning. The condo is spacious and plenty of space for everyone. It is not too far from the main attraction in Pier Park. We will stay here again for sure. This is the only resort in Panama City Beach that has water park. Kids enjoyed the pools and water park so much. Free beach chairs and umbrella is also a plus. Expectations not met

This condo unit itself was ok inside, and the view was pretty. The building as a whole, the arcade, the pools, etc did not meet our expectations. I will just say the photos look a lot nicer than it really is. Most of the arcade games were not working. The pools are small and were not heated, although it was chilly the few days we visited. There is no adult only pool. the lazy river is pretty lame. the splash pad was deteriorating. they were cutting concrete to repair broken rinse lines by the beach, which was a nuisance. sadly we were not impressed and will not be back.

Splash resort

We loved the location of the hotel. The pool was very dirty and I called several times to have someone come clean it and no one ever cleaned it. They never checked any wrist bands, the hot tub had 30 people in it at all times no social distancing was done. I told them and no one seemed to care. It was always someone else’s job. I will not be back nor will I not recommend them to anyone.

Keep looking

This unit needs work. The locks don’t work on doors. The microwave is missing the turn table. There is no ice maker and the trays all have cracked in them making them Inca oof holding water. The freezer was not cleaned so there was a lovely shrimp smell that stunk up the entire unit and ruined anything you wanted to keep cold. And the silverware was in the drawer dirty.

Not enough elevators

Everything was great! Except you had to wait 45 minutes or more for an elevator. With 2 small kids on the 19th floor, the stairs were not an option.

The Splash is under going some heavy maintenance due to the Hurrican last year. A lot of loud noise all day. Cords and stuff everywhere

Great place!

Would definitely stay here again, room was great, had everything you would need, spacious, beautiful view, excellent location . Pool was too cold even in August and they only have 2 elevators for 21 floors of people was the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Splash Beach Resorts

We stayed this past week and even though it rained a few days there were so many things to do on site to include just getting out in the local PCB area. Between the Splash pad, two pools and the lazy river kids were able to stay busy for hours. The couple of down sides to the resorts would have to be the elevators and the Arcade that was expensive and several games didnt work and the also elevators at times stopped working and it would take 15 plus minutes at time to come back down to ground floor/lobby but with that being said a positive attitude and a few deep breaths made it not so bad. Also, expect to be in traffic as you are on front beach, if it's your first time do some food/travel research ahead of time. Now back to all the great things about the resort and the PCB area, the room was very clean and had everything we needed great living room/master bedroom view cool little set of bunk beds and of course the view was nothing short of amazing! We will be back again hopefully sooner than later!
