Amazing!!

We stayed on level 2 it’s a must! You can walk the stairs if needed.. the rooms was well cleaned. We walked to all the amazing food around shopping..

The stay was great

The stay was great the check-in process at the front office was terrible but other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves. We had fun and I would recommend this day again.

Convenient location. The layout of the condo had a ton of space for my party of 8. Close to the parking garage and only on the second floor which is a must. Not the best view off the balcony and it could have been cleaner, but overall it had everything we needed and the hosts were great.

Great Getaway and Spacious

Great condo, plenty of room and described accurately. There could have been more amenities, toilet paper, paper towl, laundry soup.With the wristbands, we didn't know how how much these were required on the property and to return. Great beach access! Overall really enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo.

This unit worked out perfect for our family of 8. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We would definitely come back to this unit. Check in was a bit late but we survived.

Mediocre Place to Stay

The property's location was great! As for the unit, itself, there were several knicks and knacks around. The ice maker did not work, the towel holder in one of the bathrooms fell off the wall, and the coffee table was very unstable. I was also given the wrong password for WiFi and the wrong beach access code twice. We also found a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms. The management was quick to respond to our issues, but could only do so much. 3 stars overall.

We love Laketown Wharf. We have rented several different condos. I normally don’t complain, but this by far was the worst unit we have rented. When we arrived and walked into the condo it smelled like sewer water. We ended up getting plug-ins to mask the smell. We found numerous hairs in every bed, sadly we didn’t check the 2 bunks. Management was quick to respond and bring new sheets as well as take care of the 4/10 missing wrist bands. My husband and I stayed in the King bedroom with walk-in shower. The walls are made of granite so I originally thought the black specs on the wall were part of the granite although some were quite large until Sunday when I realized a few of them were 3D. It in fact was mold, in various places all over the walls. I used some tissue paper to see if it would come off easily. It did which let me know it more than likely wasn’t cleaned before our arrival or if it was it was very poorly done. The handles of the cabinets were sticky and had to be wiped down, my 1 year old sons bare feet were pure black so I wouldn’t allow him to run around barefooted. I called early in the morning to address the shower and floors, no one ever came out. I had to call again the following morning and they finally sent someone out. The shower looked great and the floors were cleaner. There is also not a whole lot of kitchen items. We had to end up buying silverware because there weren’t enough at one time. Also, bowls, there were like 2 and hardly any cups.
