Conveniently located on the on the family friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Coral Reef is fabulous! Within minutes is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, of the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Coral Reef is located just minutes from the best local dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, famous waterparks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. You are within minutes to The Sea Screamer at the Treasure Island Marina and also Deckhand Social waterfront dining. * Guests must purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival in the HOA office. They are $20/pass. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Any additional cars can park across the street in overflow lot for $10/day/vehicle.

* To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

* Age restrictions: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.
