Excellent house

Plenty of room for all. House is updated and clean. Pool is fenced in- perfect vacation. Just or short walk across the street to the beach with private gate access with code.

Great location!

We had a few minor issues, but they were immediately addressed and our stay was fantastic! There is a bit of noise due to construction around the home. The private beach access is a bit of a walk, but totally worth it. There was plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The views from the upstairs covered porch were beautiful!

Gorgeous Beach

We encountered issues with both dryers. Todd from the VRBO staff immediately addressed the issues by having a tech repair one dryer and replace the other dryer. After arriving we found out that the HOA in the neighborhood does not allow vendors to drop chairs and umbrellas off at bid a wee beach. We do not like to sit on beach w/o umbrellas. I contacted VRBO and within 30 minutes they had 2 portable tents dropped off at the house. We set these up at the beach. The walk to the beach with chairs and tents in tow worked out because we have plenty of males in family who could take care of this chore. Pool was just the right size and depth for our 6 grandsons, and we all enjoyed it very much! Small diner, putt-putt golf course, donut shop and large Souvenir store were all in walking distance. It was a great stay, and I was very satisfied with the quick response that I received from the VRBO staff whenever there was an issue.
