This place really wowed my family and I! We made a last minute booking for the weekend to look at villas for sale. This resort was awesome. The condo was sooo clean and decorated the best Ive seen!! Management was wonderful and the owner. I will highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks so much!

I have never booked nor thought of a villa. In the past years I always booked a cabin. This villa has an amazing atmosphere. The one bedroom condo type has a warm feeling. People around and the personnel working on the resort were very friendly. Truly we enjoyed our stay.

Attention paid to every detail. Upgrades and decorations are just perfect. Great amenities with the resort, beach, etc., and close to everything. Communication from the management company was super amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND- you won’t be disappointed.😊 THANKS for a great stay!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I haven’t stayed in Panama in years or at Edgewater ever, prior to our stay. My daughter and I absolutely loved the decor and how beautiful the entire place was decorated. Not only was it beautiful but it’s also spacious. Everything we needed was provided. We definitely look forward to our next stay!!!

The unit was very clean and well kept. The decor was well appointed with a beach feel, bright and colorful. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, and plenty of kitchen-ware to comfortably stay. Not real happy with property management. Late on submitting leases, question our request for wrist bands and never fixed bedroom television. I would certainly recommend staying at this particular unit.

Booked this property for April vacations and never regretted. It was important for us to choose the right one since we were taking our 4 month old baby girl to vacay with us for a very first time - so comfort, cleanliness +location were our priorities. But from the first steps in to this gorgeous Villa we felt like home and were impressed how tastefully interior and exterior design were done, as well as how welcoming and beautiful Villa is ! Every detail is done with love , you can see. it was all we needed in there , nice bathrooms, great kitchen with all appliances and absolutely adorable porch with beautiful waterfront and fountain view. The front mini lake is full of turtles and ducks , which was great addition to relaxing mood .villa is walking distance to the beach (trough the bridge , so no need to cross the street ) and that makes the place also quiet , private and cozy . We liked the fact that it’s located in Edgewater Resort , so it’s closed and secured area. We had a fantastic week in this property and absolutely enjoyed staying here with our baby girl! We definitely will be back again soon !

WE THOROUGHLY LOVED THE DECOR AND THE KITCHEN WAS STOCKED WITH ALL THE UTENSILS/APPLIANCES WE NEEDED. WE WERE ATTENDING A CONFERNCE AT THE EVENT CENTER THAT WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND ACTIVITIES ALONG WITH A WALKOVER TO THE BEACH. FOUR STAR CONDO SERVICES WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Its first floor location & convenient parking right outside the door was a plus for us. Even though there were only 2 of us, the 2nd bathroom was a plus. It was convenient to shopping & restaurants & a short walk to the beach & pools. We would look at staying here again. Only frustrating part was there was not enough basic essentials for our stay. We were there for over a week with our family. They did not leave enough toilet paper for our whole stay, trash bags, laundry soap or even soap for the sinks.Only enough for a 2 day stay, figured that was the average stay time.Called to get more for the rest of the stay and they said it was our responsibility to provide that stuff but they would make an exception this time. They were kind enough to drop by one of each item 1 toilet paper 1 of each item but still not enough for the whole stay. I get not providing some things but not enough toilet paper, trash bags or soap. We had to buy it for a few days and then leave it all behind when we went back home. We stay in lots of rentals and never ran into somewhere so stingy on the bare basics. A nice touch would even be leaving salt and pepper and sugar. In most places we stay they even have that we had to buy that and leave it so hopefully they leave it for the next family staying.

This first floor unit was just recently remodeled, and they did an incredible job, combining beautiful décor with a relaxation motif with pleasing colors and useful amenities . The main bedroom had plenty of storage space, double sinks, and several USB connections. This condo was super clean with 2 full baths. The kitchen was furnished with all the equipment and extras that one could imagine. There is a comfortable couch that folds out into a bed, two matching recliners, and a really nice porch and chairs, looking out over a little lake with ducks and turtles. There are plenty of games, blankets and pillows stored around the unit. Even the outside front of the unit was tastefully landscaped. All the guests we met were friendly, coming from all over the US and Canada. The contact we had with management was all pleasant and courteous. Many guests use the on-site golf course, pools and walkways. Located just a 5 minute walk from the beach. We simply ran out of time to do all the things we wanted to. We definitely plan to rent this unit again!
