Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as the front covered porch and private outdoor grill area. You will also enjoy the Treetop Village community pool just steps away and can use the 4 adult bikes provided to explore nearby paths and beach towns with ease.

Your stay includes deeded Seacrest Beach access, giving your group a private and less crowded beach experience. You will receive 14 wristbands and one gate clicker for entry and exit through the Seacrest community gate. A $25 fee per wristband and $100 fee for the gate clicker will apply if any are lost.

For a smooth arrival, self check-in is available. Your gate code and smart door code will be provided 48 hours before check-in, ensuring secure and easy entry. Two gated entrances from both 30A and Highway 98 make it simple to come and go, whether you are heading to the beach, dining nearby, or stocking up at Publix just minutes away.

🚫 Tram Service Update: Access to the Seacrest tram service is no longer provided to Treetop guests. You will still have use of the private Seacrest Beach entrance, reachable by walking, biking, or a quick car drop-off.

🔕 Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and the gated community.
