Parking Deck Vehicle Registration:
Majestic's Parking Deck is located across the street from the Towers. There is a security camera at the gate that reads guest's license plates to validate entry. Vehicles should be registered before arrival using the guest services website, with an online payment of $40 per stay. The registration process requires guests to enter their vehicle make, model, license number, as well as number of guests staying in the unit. If you are renting a car for your trip, you can register when you pick up the car. Even last minute registrations or changes to the registered vehicle are effective immediately.

Check-In Information:
Check-In is 4PM, at the latest. We will let you know if the unit is clean and ready for you if you plan to arrive any earlier. Please access the parking deck once the license plate scanner validates your pre-registered vehicle and proceed to the 3rd floor of the parking deck to find the unloading area and luggage carts, if required.

Take the sky walk to Tower 1, then the elevator from Level 3 to Level 19. Unit 1913 is easy access, very near the East set of elevators. The door code for the unit will be communicated to you 1-2 days prior to your stay. Inside you will find 4 guest wristbands on the shelf by the front door. Resort rules require guests to wear the wristbands at all times while on the resort property. Please leave the wristbands in the condo where you found them before your final departure. There will a replacement charge of $10 each if you decide to keep them or forget to leave them after your stay.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This was an awesome location and beautiful apartment! Easy access to elevators, garage, amities, and the beach! Awesome kitchen setup, fully equipped, HUGE television in the living room, and the comfiest bed! Super impressed. I would highly recommend!

Seamless experience

Our stay was perfect with zero complaints. Kim was helpful in getting us checked in a bit early and prompt at answering all of my messages. I appreciated the complimentary starter items since I packed for two young kids, myself and husband and felt better knowing there was a backup if I forgot anything. I was concerned about the room being by the elevator, but it was surprisingly quiet on that end and I rarely saw other guests on that end of the hall. The bed was heavenly, which is often a missed detail with hosted properties. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Perfect beach vacation

We absolutely loved our vacation at Majestic Beach Towers! The location was perfect, on the beach, close to multiple restaurants and Walmart (for groceries). The unit was bigger than the pictures show and I was very happy about that! Kim was very easy to contact and responded fast, we loved it so much we extended our stay while there and that was such an easy process thanks to Kim! We didn’t even want to leave but unfortunately it was back to reality lol we will definitely be booking with Kim again! PS. The condo had everything you will need and the beach chair/umbrella service was an excellent plus!

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed ourselves last week at Majestic Beach Resort. I have stayed at Majestic numerous times, never a bad stay! This condo on the 19th floor was amazing! Awesome sunsets, comfy beds, huge TV's, and so many extras! They even added towel animals in shape of two swans with flowers! LOVED IT!!! It was super clean and did not disappoint! Definitely made my "SOUL HAPPY"!! The reserved beach chairs and umbrella was such a great added perk! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Majestic and booking this condo!! I even left a few things and Kim has been so nice trying to get them to me. 10 out of a 10 for me!!

This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have used. The oceanfront view was amazing and the condo, while small was immaculate and beautiful with luxurious accessories. Situated in a resort that offers so much, it is truly a spa like retreat.

Wonderful week

The description was right on the money. The condo was very clean and there were absolutely no issues all. The location was excellent and we loved that 2 beach chairs with an umbrella were part of the rental. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

We loved the condo. Great over look of ocean. Saw dolphins first day we was there. Condo even comes with binoculars so you see all. Very clean and has everything you need for the stay. As Kim said all you need is bathing suit and tooth brush. Loved it would stay again.

Great spot!

I’m always hesitant to book places with few ratings- but everybody has to start somewhere. The owner (Kim) was in regular contact with me and everything was seamless. The unit was extremely clean and we really appreciated the beach chair service, nice linens, extra toiletries, and easy access to the elevator. It was just big enough for our family of 4! I would stay here again for sure!

Great time on PCB!

We loved our time at the Majestic. There were plenty of towels, linens, toiletries, and a well supplied kitchen that made it so simple to feel at home in the condo. The balcony/deck was especially amazing with the 2 comfortable deck chairs which were surprisingly comfortable and well placed for viewing the sunset. While we spent plenty of time outside of the condo, we were always comfortable when we were inside.
