Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026. You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. We thank you for your cooperation as Shores of Panama undergoes these improvements!
Beachfront Bliss, Condo 1612, is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and located in the Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 8th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site resort packet required by the resort for your 1 parking pass & 6 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

At Beachfront Bliss #1612 at Shores of Panama, you can enjoy sun-kissed days on the beach, alfresco dining on the extra large balcony, and starlit evenings relaxing while listening to the waves - all just steps from world-class restaurants and vibrant local shops.
The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare beach-side meals. Whether you're mixing morning smoothies or crafting evening cocktails, the breakfast bar with seating for three creates a perfect gathering spot. The adjacent dining area seats 4 comfortably.
Heading out to your private balcony you can relax at the table & chairs, enjoying the views or even to read your favorite book while enjoying some sun. Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright emerald water before the day gets too hot. It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.
The open-concept living area serves as the heart of the condo, providing a comfortable space for socializing and relaxation. Want to chill out in the middle of the afternoon to escape the heat? A plush sofa invites you to kick back and relax with your favorite show or movie on the smart TV or you can curl up in one of the two cozy chairs with your favorite book. The light-filled space is perfect for gathering with loved ones, whether you're winding down after a day at the beach or enjoying a game night. With stunning beach views just beyond the balcony, the space feels light, airy, and connected to the natural beauty of the Gulf. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 6. Free WiFi & a full size washer & dryer are available for your convenience.

Relax and unwind in the spacious master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed adorned with soft, quality linens. The calming coastal décor and large window allow natural light to flood the room, creating a peaceful sanctuary. It’s the ideal spot to recharge after a day of fun in the sun. The ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo is perfect for washing the sand off of your feet before crawling into bed with your loved one so you both wake up clean and refreshed before the next day's adventures begin.

The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.
Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just minutes away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
