Nice place for a quick stay

We were looking to extend our stay and found this place for a inexpensive stay. Location was great however the night life into the early am hours was very loud with ppl running and partying.

Great trip

The condo was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. The view was nice and the AC was cold.

Not a good stay

Unit smelled like pet urine. Furniture was very dirty. The filthy sofa bed was unusable first night. Got replaced the next morning with, believe it or not, a filthier sofa. Had to pay 55 for a parking pass even though all fees were supposed to be included.Queen bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, I would never recommend this unit to anyone.

Baseball tournament/vacation

The place is nice. Needs to be updated to make it look more modern. Location is good because it’s close to a lot of things. Cleanliness really needs to be worked on. Besides that, it was a good stay for what we needed it for.

Early Birthday Getaway Trip

The property was nice, everything was so convenient, the parking, elevator and the condo was on the beach, I would suggest painting the walls, or a little touch up paint, but other than that, the condo was great.

Our Visit

We had a wonderful and much needed family vacation. The condo was neat and very clean. I wish that we would have had a better view of the ocean. It looks closer in the picture. The walk to the beach was still pretty long for my little boy with CP but we managed. Over all I would still give it 5 star!

Great location and nice unit

We loved the unit, it was spacious enough to not be on top of each other, kids loved the bunk area and the balcony with a great view of the gulf. I never could figure out the Roku but I am sure that was a user error. We did have an incident of my son slipping in the tub from a slick bottom, we notified the owners and it’s been documented. We also had a miscommunication about parking but Vacasa did their part to rectify the situation. Other than the bed in the master being extreme uncomfortable and hard, we enjoyed the unit.

Fall Break 23

We were skeptical after reading some of the reviews but decided to try anyways because of location and cost. Family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. The property was great for our family. If you are looking for luxury then I would keep looking. If you are looking for an affordable place with great views and easy access this would be for you. The furnishings are definitely dated but we had plenty of room. The bunks were great for 2 of the boys. Bottom bunk big enough for our 15yr old. He’s almost 6’ and fit just fine. Air conditioning super cold and they had plenty of towels and toiletries. The view perfect for what we wanted. Easy check in and parking. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for something clean and affordable this one is for you.

Dirty Condo

Upon arrival, condo reeked of marijuana, floors were dirty and sticky, hairs were still left on sinks in bathroom and the top of the refrigerator looked like a chia pet (we have pictures to prove all of this). Management stated house keeping would come back, they never did (I asked them to review video surveillance to prove they didn’t come back). Dryer was broken but a small credit was given to me for that. Terrible condo, terrible experience and terrible response time from Vacasa. Will never stay again. Also be careful to make sure you deal with a homeowner vs Vacasa management.
