We’ve stayed at The Summit in PCB multiple times over the years. This unit was perfect. Modern, comfortable, clean, convenient, etc. The unit had everything we needed for our short weekend trip but would be perfect for a long trip. The bed in the master was comfortable! You won’t go wrong booking this unit at The Summit.

The pictures were not what was in the unit. The couch was different, rugs were dirty and old. The bathroom was old and outdated- two toilets side by side with a sliding door in between. The comforter in the master was old and not what was represented in the picture and had boogers and hair on it- had to find another blanket. Needs updating throughout the rest of the unit. The condo building is old- but beachfront- and is maintained better in the back swimming pool area and to the beach- that was best part- great pools. Lots of security - which is needed for the part of town this is located. Elevators were not an issue except during checkout times in the mornings. Great bartenders and friendly staff around the building - aside from one front gate lady who scolded us for arriving late to check in- office closes at 5 and we had to get wristbands the next morning. We made the best of it but will never stay there again.
