Excellent! Clean! Very impressed!

We had an excellent stay at this condo! We have stayed many times at the shores and this one was by far the cleanest room we’ve had thus far! It was beautiful! Master bedroom bed was comfortable, reviews said bed was loud- the second bedroom’s bed was loud but we did not use it for our stay. Bedrooms are big! We had two kids in pack ‘n plays and each room was big enough to put a pack ‘n play in each one! Definitely can tell it was recently renovated, the floors are gorgeous!! I know the elevator situation at the shores isn’t known to be the best…we did have to wait on them but figured out quickly, if you just ride it down from the parking garage THEN back up, it’s much easier! I could not figure out how to get the dryer to work, but it wasn’t a necessity during our stay. We would definitely stay at this particular condo again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and had a great view of the beach and pool area. We had more than enough room for the 8 of us that stayed. The renters don’t tell you that you HAVE to have the wristbands to be on the premises or else the security guards will seriously harass you. This is an added $90 cost that must be purchased through the concierge upon arrival. My only negative about the rental is that there’s no broom and so the floors can get a bit gross with the sand from the beach. Overall, it’s a great condo!

The condo was beautiful and super clean. The tv didn’t work in the guest bedroom, I called for 3 days straight was told everyday someone was coming and nobody ever showed up or even called me back regarding the issue. The elevators took for ever we waited 45 min the morning we was checking out to even get on the elevator. We could not ask for any better condo wise but poor customer service.

We always like to come here to this area of Panama Beach, great location and clean room, we just wish the wifi was better , it was really slow and more trash bags

Great View

The home is perfect. Great location but the elevators are a nightmare with wait times up to 30 minutes at times and the people at the front desk could use some etiquette training.
