See the palm trees sway and feel like you're sitting in the sand on the wonderful third floor over sized balcony with brand new patio furniture . All the patio chairs (6) have been upgraded to swivel rockers for your comfort. The table and chairs are perfect for dining outside. There are also (2) sling chase loungers for those who really want to relax on the balcony! Complimentary reading library available for your leisure.

The main living/dining area has a queen sized sofa sleeper and a twin sized love seat sleeper, a large dining table with six chairs and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. Relax and enjoy the smart TV, WOW cable service and book library. Wireless internet is included (in fact, our wireless signal can be reached from the beach!!!). The wireless password will be given to you prior to your arrival. You can check your email or complete that undone work task.

Enjoy the ocean view while creating a light lunch or a feast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops and the latest appliances. Kitchen items include a Mr Coffee maker, Keurig machine, blender, crock pot, griddles, electric mixer, toaster and plenty of bar ware and serving dishes for entertaining (please see photos!). The Microwave, Stove and Refrigerator have been upgraded to Stainless Steel.

The master bedroom is furnished with the national geographic West Indies collection by Lane and includes a king sized black, distressed four poster bed, bachelors chest, comfortable shell chair and armoire with a smart TV and DVD. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two over sized teak rocking chairs. The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. The separate bath area has a brand new custom tiled shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf.

The second bedroom is furnished with a bead-board pine queen sized bed and with over sized night tables and an armoire with TV and DVD.

The bunk room (third bedroom) has a wall mounted, smart TV with drawers for storage and a brand new twin over double bunk bed.

The fourth bedroom is a lockout studio suite that has a beautiful private balcony with swivel chairs and table.. The suite has a king size bed and is also equiped with a queen sized sofa bed. The lockout studio also has a smart TV and DVD player. The suite has a large dressing area with a double vanity sink, a small kitchenette with under the counter fridge, keurig coffee brewer, microwave and toaster. The inviting bath area has a large garden tub and separate custom tiled shower.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is located on the west end of Thomas Drive tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and Signal Hill Golf Course. The resort amenities include a 2500 sq ft zero entry pool, two hot tubs, a children s pool area with interactive water sprays and fountains, and indoor activity center.
