Nice view but needs updating
I’m giving my rating a 3 because the area itself was really quiet and it’s good to be on the west end of PCB near 30a. However the units are super old. The kitchen was dirty, especially the baking sheets. They had black food all over them, it was pretty disturbing. Dishwasher smells. Shower had great pressure though and the decorations and new furniture were cute. AC works GREAT. However it smelled musty in the unit (mainly the kitchen and bedroom) and one of the vents is literally coming off of the ceiling in the living room. I am giving a 3 because it was quiet and the beach was good, but honestly you can pay 200 more and get a really nice place in Rosemary (.2 of a mile away) for a brand new updated unit. Overall host was accommodating the unit just needs some updating. Also, be warned that when you go out on the patio, DO NOT CLOSE the back door or you will be locked out on the patio. I was staying alone and got locked on the patio and it scared the crap out of me. There needs to be a disclaimer about this on the listing and people need to know. If I didn’t have my phone on me, for the manager to call security, I would’ve been stuck there for who knows how long. The host was great and responded quickly, but it scared me. Also with having to leave the door open, bugs will fly onto the unit.
