Quick communication but noise was an issue

We really wanted to love this property more than we did. The host was quick to communicate and helped us with an early arrival, but the property had issues that we struggled with during our stay. The condo is a part of a hotel style building and the noise from surrounding rooms was so loud in our unit. The unit above us was active through the middle of the night and it made for a rough night of sleep. Curtains were missing which would have also helped block out the light that comes from the Peddlers Pavillion since this unit faces into the courtyard there. We appreciated how the host helped us arrive early but felt like the photos were more impressive than the unit itself :/
