Amazing house

This home had everything you could possible need to cook, pool and the beach. The home is located across the street from the beach. Gas grill is a plus along with the outdoor seating and TV outdoor. We also loved that having a washer and dryer.

Quiet Luxury on Laguna Beach

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home and with heated pool. We had everything we needed to cook our family meals. We walked to Thomas's Donuts for breakfast a couple times and enjoyed our coffee as we strolled back on the beach which is right across the street. Enjoyed a bit of retail therapy at Pier Park. We ventured over to Rosemary Beach on 30a (only 10 minutes drive) and it was packed with people and cars - in February! So glad we chose this home in Laguna Beach where we were able to relax but be close to the action of the surrounding area.

PCB WITH FAMILY

Place was clean. Furniture in family room needs replacing. One swivel chair is spent. Both chairs are worn and soiled. Sofa small for a house that is to sleep 15. We had 6, and had to use bar stools to accomodate some chill out time. Drive will not comfortably take on 4 cars.
