This family-friendly condo in a popular, coastal resort, offers everything you need for the perfect and unforgettable beach getaway! The rental provides spacious accommodations, a well- equipped kitchen, open layout, and a private balcony equipped with comfortable furnishings, providing magnificent beach views. The resort boasts shared, on-site amenities for the entire family, including five unique pools, a fitness center, a playground, beach access, a hot tub, and a lakefront boardwalk.

Only steps away, there is easy beach access, where you will find beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and more. Less than one mile away, you will find tons of family fun at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Wonderworks. Just an elevator ride away, you will find many on-site options for shopping, dining, and entertainment at the resort boardwalk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not what I expected

The condo was overall ok. It wasn’t clean. It was a cigarette lighter under the bed and a little trash. We only had one roll of tissue for both bathrooms instead of one in each. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The lint holder came out of the dryer because it was full of lint that ain’t been clean in about 3 or 4 months. It could have e caught a fire. It was a ok stay but I wouldn’t stay again.
