Revives

Overall great. No designated parking is a downside of this property. No parking at Barrett Square after 10 am so if you leave you can expect to drive around for a while looking as well as a long walk. For the price I recommend designated parking for at least 1 car per unit.

Anniversary trip

This condo was very nice! It was very clean and comfortable and not too far from the beach! We enjoyed the very nice porch and comfortable furniture! The only disadvantage we had was that the garage wasn’t available for us as specified in the listing so we had to ride around to find street parking. It was made available to us two days before we left. Before booking, make sure this issue is clarified. We were offered bikes for the inconvenience, however it was raining when offered and we wanted to enjoy our last day on the beach the next day. We would definitely stay here again if this issue was resolved in advance.

Spring Getaway

We loved our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and ready for our checkin. The property manager arranged for extra bike rentals before we arrived. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. Our favorite feature was the enormous patio deck, where we spent every morning and every evening. We had one minor issue with the dishwasher door, but the property manager arrived within 10 minutes of our reporting it to repair. Highly recommend the location. Walking distance to the beach and everything else in Rosemary Beach.

Great condo - loud restaurant

The condo is amazing. So clean and nice and has a wonderful porch. Location is outstanding. And while it was only one night, the restaurant below had a piano player with some sort of karaoke action going on Saturday. It was all evening and went past 10pm and was VERY loud in the condo. The sounds of screaming singing just really took away from our enjoyment. And again, it was only one night, but we look for a much more peaceful evening experience at Rosemary, so will have to weigh this before renting this again. This was our 2nd time there. We didn't remember this happening the first time. Hosts were great. Shame our last night had us so annoyed.

Great location

Great location. Condo was very nice. Can be a little loud from music below at the bar. Location is perfect to get to beach and the shops. Family loved it. Great spot.

Loved this condo!

I've stayed in RB many times, but this was the first condo I stayed at. It was meticulous, spacious and well appointed. We loved the location and didn't find the noise from the close restaurants any issue. The large patio was really nice and the fans kept it tolerable despite the heat outside. Tom was very responsive with the couple questions we did have. We would love to stay here again.

Summer of 2022- Orleans Suite 2A

Great location in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Relatively short walk to beach and pools. Convenient location to numerous restaurants and all of Rosemary’s activities. Well appointed and very clean. One of our favorite properties.

Amazing rental!

We stayed here for the second time and once again it was clean, convenient to the beach and activities, and stocked with everything you might need from a rental. We loved it so much we will hopefully be able book it again next summer!

Excellent week!

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day week. The condo was very clean and even had beach towels for us to use. The garage space is nice and prevents driving around trying to find a parking spot. The condo is located in the heart of Rosemary. As previous Rosemary owners, we are extremely picky and this condo was exceptional. Tom, the property manager is awesome. We love staying in the properties he manages because we know he is always just a phone call away. We had a great week and can’t wait to stay again!

Spring break with family

Been coming to Rosemary 412 years before our kids were born, now they are 11 nine and six. Location was great outdoor area was fantastic kitchen was great. The condoIs in a great location. Overall experience was wonderful and I will say if you do drive a suburban pretty tight in the garage area.

Fabulous, spacious condo! Prime location: steps from shopping and dining!! Well appointed kitchen with everything you need coffee maker+ Keurig, ample storage throughout with walk in kitchen pantry and bedroom closets. Huge porch with cozy furniture!! Kids loved the bunk bed! Great communication with management!!
