PCB short stay
Property was very nice with plenty of kitchen supplies and close to Walmart. We liked having the Keurig. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had safety features. We enjoyed the large balcony with a spectacular view and the available beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. Parking was tight, but a nice parking space across the road with a covered walkway was available.

Panama City Beach Getaway
The owner was wonderful to work with. He responded immediately to any concerns we had. His condo was well supplied for families with children including beach chairs and beach toys. Also provided were life jackets, a cooler, and plenty of beach towels.

The condo was beautiful and the location was awesome! Close to shops, eating and the beach is right there. Bill was great and letting us know everything we needed to know and went out of his way to find us a few options for supper that would be open since we traveled on Thanksgiving Day. Wonderful Condo
We loved staying here. From the beginning to the end it was great. I don't think I will ever rent from a management company again. Bill is very responsive and so friendly. He checked in with us in the middle of the week to see how we were doing. The condo literally has everything you can think of. It made our lives so much easier. We will hopefully be able to book with him again in the future. The only 2 complaints I have are the dryer tore 3 of our spaghetti strap shirts and I think it's ridiculous that we have to get up early on our day of departure and wash all the sheets, pillow cases and towels when we pay a cleaning fee but I feel that is any condo you rent. Also they don't wash the comforters after every person that rents so maybe bring your own blankets if that bothers you. Even with all of that I still give it 5 starts. We absolutely loved it, the view is amazing. All of the things he provides literally made our stay so much easier. It's also in a great location. If I have it my way we won't rent anywhere else.

Our family stayed here for five nights. There was everything available to us…towels, dishes, kitchen appliances. We were right on the beach, pools easily accessible. Many restaurants and shops easy to get to. It is a beautiful, comfortable condo and communication with the owner was top notch. He was easy to get in touch with and always available for questions.

Absolutely wonderful. We were only there for a few days but it was well worth it. I recommend everyone to stay here. Perfect location and it has everything you will ever need and them some. Bill was wonderful to talk with and it was so simple to check in. I also recommend Duplin Winery while your there. Thanks Bill, I will definitely stay again.

Quick trip
We booked our stay to attend a family wedding on the beach. Bill is an excellent host! Outstanding communication and helpfulness! We loved everything about our stay. The condo was great, the property was very easy to maneuver with great access to the beach, and we had no problem getting out and about to find new places to eat each evening.

Wonderful Place!
Although we booked this 3 months in advance, the communication was great! We messaged back and forth about when we were arriving and what all was asked of us while there. The place was so cozy amd clean! Lots of places within walking distance. I love the community closet and cabinet. We felt it necessary to leave some extra stuff for the next people arriving. He messaged me while there just to ensure everything was well for us. Definitely will be back! Thank you again for everything!

Awesome Condo to stay - Must Rent
This was our first experience staying at condo and it's unforgettable experience we had. It was very neat and clean condo with all amenities. Enough towels, Blankets and bedding items for 8 people. Sofa sleeper bed is brand new and feels just like normal bed. My kids really like closet full of all beach toys. Location of this condo is perfect (Right on beach). It has huge balcony and you can see beautiful sunset from it. Balcony view is right on beach front so you can just sit and have fun of view as long as you want to. This condo has enough kitchen utensils and brand new dryer/washer. Going forward I would always renting out this condo. I don't have single negative point to say about this condo. Perfect location, perfect condo. I would highly recommend all staying at this Condo.

This condo was absolutely a 10/10! We loved how stocked the kitchen was with every utensil/tool/appliance you would ever think of needing to cook meals during your stay - even things like a waffle maker and electric skillet! The closet stocked full of beach toys for the kids was also a huge hit with our group! Seriously, don't even worry about bringing any shovels or buckets or even boogie boards, because they are all there! Then there is the amazing balcony...! There is plenty of seating to be able to enjoy every meal outside or just sit and watch the dolphins and stingrays! The host does a fantastic job at explaining everything you need to know and keeps an open line of communication during your entire stay. He even went way above and beyond when he found that we left behind some clothes and shipped them home for us! I could go on and on about all the things we loved about this condo, but to put it simply, you will not regret choosing this property for your trip!

Wonderful experience!
We could not be more thrilled with our recent stay in Bill’s condo at Ocean Villa for Spring Break! The condo is exactly as advertised and every comfort or need provided within. The location of the condo is central to all activities and entertainment in PCB. The high ceilings gave the already spacious unit the appearance of being even larger, with enough space for us to spread out during our stay should we so choose. The spectacular views from the balcony cannot be beat and with so many seating options, there was something for everybody as we gathered to watch the sunset or eat a meal. We were so pleased with our stay, we tried to book again before leaving! The week we needed, however, was already taken, which is no surprise with such an amazing condo! Many thanks to Bill for providing such an excellent place to stay during our Spring Break! We will definitely be on the lookout to re-book as soon as we are able!

Very Decent Stay
Property has an excellent location in relation to Panama City Beach. Fantastic 20th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful city scape below. Super nice large deck for eating, tanning or grabbing some shade with plenty of chairs and loungers. Nice square footage, 3 very nice televisions with multiple channels available. A heated outdoor pool area with 89 degree water that is chemically checked every morning. Excellent water pressure and super nice shower head. Shower water as hot as you wish. Two Barbecue grills in the pool area with free propane that are cleaned every day. Only negatives we had was too many dishes in the cupboard so we were unable to store our groceries their and the bldg was built in 2006 so the bathroom shower and tub have not been remodeled. Although the condo was very clean it could use a once over dusting on everything hanging on the walls etc. I would rent this unit again without hesitation. The owner will set you up so access is very easy, you know where to park etc. Our stay was very pleasant.

Condo Maximum!
It is hard to find much to say beyond the countless exemplary reviews that have been offered up about this condo and its owner. Bill Thornbury is an attentive, accessible, and folksy condo owner who has gone to great lengths to give his guests a beautiful home base from which to craft a memorable vacation. The condo is a lovely, well-appointed, and well-equipped two-bedroom/two bath corner unit with a spectacular panoramic view. It is that breathtaking in this 20th floor corner condo with the huge balcony! In closing, a moment of levity. Bill is also quite the condo décor afishionado. Yes, I know, I spelled the fish word incorrectly! You'll just have to rent his condo to satisfy your curiosity. Hopefully when you do, he will explain the whys and the wherefores, then throw down the gauntlet. Winner gets a hearty laugh and a huge Thornbury smile!

Bill's condo was fantastic! The condo is exactly as described and photographed. Bill was amazing to work with and made the VRBO experience so easy! Every single thing you could possibly need was there, just pick up your food and you are set! Clean, a lot of room, and easy access. We loved the huge balcony overlooking the ocean, heated pool, and open living to enjoy cooking and games. It was thebperfect place for our girl's getaway! You could easily sleep 6, plus 2 more if you need the sofa sleeper. Absolutely recommend! Thanks for a great spot and sharing your home!

The reservation process was painless. Bill (owner) was very friendly, approachable and thorough in providing pertinent information IRT check-in process, what is required during our stay and checkout process. His condo is very beautiful, well maintained and has a great view of the beach and ocean. We loved it there! The PERFECT Vacation Condo
We were blown away this vacation. Absolutely our best VRBO experience. Where do we start? It was easy to find and parking was a breeze. There were plenty of luggage carts and taking our stuff to the room was easy. SUPER fast elevator! As soon as we got into the room, our jaws dropped when we saw the view of the ocean and beach. Wow!!! The balcony was GIANT! We ate so many meals on the huge table listening to the waves crash. The condo was spacious, decorated beautifully and the amenities were more than we ever imagined. Literally EVERYTHING we could think of in the kitchen. It made making meals for our family so easy. Griddle. Keurig. Toaster. Coffee maker, a million pots, pans, the brightest and prettiest Fiesta dishes etc etc etc The condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach toys etc etc. The pool was heated and felt great. The hot tub was hot! The grilling/dining area was perfect and being that close to the beach was out of this world. Top notch condo. The best location. Walmart was a less than a 3 minutes drive! We met the nicest people staying in the building. The owner went out of his way to make it an amazing trip. He was so great with communication. He was generous with his time and care for our family. To top it off, our son left his wallet in the condo and we only realized after we arrived home to Chicago, the owner quickly contacted his cleaning person and within minutes he sent us a picture of the wallet and is sending it to our home. We're already talking about our next trip, we definitely want to stay here again!! P.S. The water pressure in the showers were out of this world!

I highly recommend this property. You will deal directly with the owner once you book your stay. Bill will contact you after you book and go over all the details you need to know about the unit and property. Bill sent me a text the day before I arrived to tell me the unit would be ready at 10am and we were welcome to check in early. I'm sure that early of a check in isn't always possible but for Bill to offer it was pretty thoughtful. He will also contact you after you arrive to make sure everything is okay with the unit. You will not be left to figure anything out on your own. Some things I liked about the unit: it's an end unit, it is well stocked and should have everything you need, and the balcony is large with two sliding doors and excellent views. Some things I liked about the property: it's right on the beach, it has a heated pool during cooler months, and there is an empty lot next to the property which allows for more room on the beach.

Mr. Williams property provides a home away from home comfort feel that is beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view. His two bedroom, two bath condo is clean, organized, and accomodated with high-end amenities and is well-designed. His fantastic condo is surrounded by eateries and shopping excursions within walking distance. He provides detail information before, during and after your stay. If you are looking for what I have described, look no further. I will recommend to my family and friends this five-star property seeking a great vacation.

What an amazing time our family and friends had staying in this Condo. We walked in and the Condo was spotless! When we opened the curtains to the balcony, we were all in awwww at the view we seen!! The Condo has everything you can imagine! The sunset from the balcony is breath taking, it's literally right in front of you! Bill was so awesome to work with and extremely friendly! I highly recommend this Condo! The resort is very clean and beautiful! We are going to be coming back to this Condo next year! Thank you Bill for allowing us to stay to make great memories!

The condo had everything we needed and more. It was right on the beach which was always a plus!!! The balcony was amazing! Very very spacious plenty of chairs and amazing room. (Side funny note: a phone will not survive a drop from the balcony) The master bedroom and bath were spacious. There are plenty of beds in the condo. Cant really comment on living room furniture as i didnt use it much. But the beds are comfy and the balcony furniture is comfy. The property owner kept in contact not to be overbearing but to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure everything was as described and if we had any problems. He was very good to work with and treated us like family by the time we left. Will for sure book with him again!!!
