Great location on the beach! Floors were dirty when we got to condo but there was a broom/mop in room so it didn’t take long to get it cleaned. Pretty little condo and plenty for my husband and I and our two teenage boys. Convenient laundry room down stairs.

Bed and pillows awful

The bed isn’t a queen size bed, it’s a full size. The mattress feels like an air mattress and you sink into the middle of it. The vent in the bedroom is blocked and get super hot in the bedroom. Construction going on below loud noise drilling and sawing at 9 am all day long. Pull out bed is a giant U shape. Totally caving in. The smart blue rays aren’t connected to the tv so you can use them.

Perfect For A Pair

PROS: LOCATION! CLEAN, cozy and CUTE unit. Grabbing prime beach spot is easy. Get up a bit earlier, stake your claim and go back until beach time. PERFECT for a COUPLE or family w/ 1 or 2 SMALL KIDS, no more. Balcony is quaint but at most times extremely peaceful for morning coffee, or chilling day/night just staring at peaceful beautiful waters. Even rain relaxing to watch while on balcony Modern appliances. Private, fast wifi! . Smart TV/cable. Laundry facility is affordable. We felt safe at all times on the building grounds and beach. Night-time walks are great. Just use common sense. Grocery within walking distance along with other needs. CONS: DO NOT BOOK if you have even a slightly BAD BACK or neck etc. Extremely uncomfortable noisy bed. Way too soft. Sofa is good to sit or nap, not for sleep. Pull out mattress was AWFUL. Elevator issues daily but fixed within a few hours. Building manager incompetent and nowhere to be found. Due to ongoing construction, the parking lot was reduced so it was snug and workers began at 6:45am. Though we were made aware of the construction 1 year in advance and it didn't interfere with beach time or anything after 5pm. Recommendations: BUY chairs and a STURDY umbrella ahead of time or rental 2 chairs + large umbrella for $40/day + tip. Bring a safety bar for balcony sliding door if you have small kids that are adventurous. You'll enjoy the stay if you plan accordingly.

Family Getaway

The location was great. The view was beautiful. We only have a couple of complaints. The tub wouldn't drain, my husband had to pull a bunch of hair out of the drain for it to go even just a little bit. My 7-year-old slept on the sleeper sofa, and he said it was uncomfortable. It was very clean and was a great place for our little family vacation. We arrived on a Sunday (and the room was ready early so we could check-in early) and left on a Thursday.

Nicely decorated condo. Small, but has everything you will need.

Overall, very nice condo. Renovations are happening at the condo property, so there is a lot of noise. Decorated very nicely. Only negative comment would be the bathroom. Too small.

Our beach was much cleaner from seaweed than a farther away beach that family stayed at. Room was perfect for what we needed and close to fun stuff to do.

Other than the floors needing a good mopping, our room was clean. Elevators did not have AC. Good location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Overall the stay was Great. Would definitely stay there again.
