The condo was the perfect setting to participate and view the 2023 Ironman 70.3 at Panama City Beach. We checked in Friday raced Saturday and watched runners wrapping up their race later in the day while sitting on the patio.

The condo was big and had plenty of space for our crew of 8. Condo could have been somewhat cleaner in my opinion. Agent was easy to contact with any questions and a few problems that arose. Resort is great. Everything you need is there.

We enjoyed our trip to PCB Edgewater Villas. The place was exactly as described other than there was no tram in sight. But we were able to drive and park on the beachside. However the place did need a good cleaning. Overall I would recommend this place.

Condo was close to pool, nicely decorated and location was peaceful and quiet. Only thing I was disappointed in was we picked this condo due to the location, as it is close to gate you can use to walk right across street to beach, and this trip we were without gate key and we have always been left a key when we have stayed at a condo in this area.

We were there for my daughters who dances all week. It was very convenient to convention center. We had a couple problems occur but called management and they had someone out there quickly to fix our problems. No complaints. I will definitely stay here again.

The unit was nice. We had to buy several pans/cooking items as the kitchen is not very well supplied. However, the location and various amenities of the property made it well worth it. We thoroughly annoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Overall it was an amazing trip! I have three kids under 6 and it was their first time going out of state (texas) . So glad we chose this location and condo! Lots of amenities and food and activities to do all around the area . Everything worked pretty good too from stove , washer dryer , WI-FI! lol thank you for letting us stay Hannah! It’s been amazing!!

We were in town as my daughter was racing the Ironman 70.2. Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay. We had trouble getting the door to work. It seems there is a screw that is missing so the plate did not line up to unlock the door with the keypad, each time we made several attempts to get in. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay. Negative: the master bedroom faces the road and lots of noisy traffic.

Great property for amenities, closeness to beach was really good and people were friendly. Cond was clean and all items were in working order and a good amount of utensils and cookware. The acoustics in the condo were bad. When people were in the condos above us you could hear everything - just poorly built for acoustics. Front beach road is very noisy - nothing the owners can do about that. If you can tolerate the noise a good place to go.

Awesome dealing with Hannah and Patrick with Emerald Beach Properties, they went above and beyond our expectations!! Hannah made sure the microwave door handle and the TV in one room got fixed with in a day! And Patrick let us know we left some belongings which was taking care of! Villa and property was clean and the staff throughout Edgewater was beyond exceptional! We will definitely book the same way next time! Thanks again for the GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I have stayed at Edgewater for 10+ please and this rental was by far the cleanest, spacious until I have ever stayed in. We even stayed two days inside because it felt like home. My children loved having there own space and bed being they are teenagers. We will 100% staying here again. Only thing I would change is check in at 3pm (normal units” do this and we were about too at 5 pm but still very worth it. Thank y’all I will be booking next years next month to make sure we can come again.

Very roomy! My family thought this was an amazing stay. We had such a great time! Also big shout out to Danny our tran driver! He was outstanding, kind and super funny. Kids loved him. Would stay again!
