Southern Comfort met our needs

We had a family getaway with 16 people…8 adults and 8 kids. Easy beach and pool access. Our assigned beach tram never ran, but the walk was doable. Beach equipment, towels and 4 bicycles were supplied. The beds were comfortable. Many TVs. The only problem was that there was no ice in the three ice makers when we arrived. One was out of order, but repaired later. A/C worked great.

Beach Getaway

Overall, the property was ok. The lower level AC didn’t work during the duration of our stay and the floors were exceptionally dirty (we had to wear shoes in the house or the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt). Otherwise, the property was fine. We have stayed in quite a few properties in the area and this is not one we will come back to. The owners were responsive, but the property itself could use some maintenance and cleaning.

Definitely Southern Comfort!

This is by far the best property we have stayed in at Seacrest Beach. The property is new, updated and super clean. Property management very communicative and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze. The property has an amazing third floor deck for nice ocean breezes. All of the bathrooms are fabulous and clean. We will definitely stay here again!!! 5+ stars!

Great House!

The house is great! Very clean, lots of room, and an awesome deck. Nice TV’s in almost every room. The service of the owners is top notch. Great communication and great attention to detail. Some rentals come with bare bones. (No soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, cups, etc) this house had it all. We were welcomed with an awesome welcome package full of little goodies. You can tell the owners cared. Great location, walkable to the pool, beach, and lots of restaurants/shops. Highly recommend. I have stayed in multiple houses around the 30/A area, and this was my favorite.
