This was a beautiful property that was recently renovated. It is the top floor with amazing views of the lo. The pool was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of security. There was a snack restaurant at the pool that had great food. There was also a bar that had refreshing drinks. Just off the pool was a coffee/donut/ ice cream shop. The coffee was great!!

Great location and place, communication could be better

The place was great and the location was perfect as well. We spent a majority of our time on the beach and the access was very easy. We enjoyed being on the top floor, and the elevators honestly weren’t too bad. I had asked before I booked the place if we could have one extra guest and they said it was ok and I could go ahead and book. I double checked before checking in that there would be the correct number of wristbands and they said they would be ready for us on the counter. We were missing a wristband and I emailed about this and they said they do not remember communicating about allowing an extra guest and asked me to send proof. After I sent screenshots of the messages they never answered my email. I even emailed again the next day because we still needed the extra wristband and they never responded. We had to buy an extra wristband, which wasn’t the end of the world but I wish they would have answered my emails.
