Family Trip

It was very clean with plenty of room. We had children 6 & under and the home felt very safe. We only needed a gate for the stairs with our 1 year old. All beds were very comfortable.We loved having our own private pool. It was also very quiet at this location. Would definitely stay here again.

Has potential

This house has a lot of potential but it doesn’t seem like the management team is very on top of it. The rooms and house are spacious, the kitchen is updated, the distance to the beach is good (very small drive with kids, decent walk for adults). Unfortunately the pool and yard were not kept up like they should’ve been and the management team did nothing to rectify this when asked.All in all we liked the house/space but it needed to be managed better.

House has potential

This house has a lot of potential- the rooms are spacious and kitchen/baths are updated and it is a quick drive/walk to the beach access. Unfortunately the outside has not been well maintained. There was algae in the pool and the grass had not been cut and was very tall when we arrived so it fell short of what we were expecting and paid for.

Beautiful House (on the inside)

This would be a 5 star home if they would just spend some money cleaning up the landscaping and switching out the Teflon cookware. Once you get inside you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Nice pool for relaxing and just a short walk to the beach area. Our entire family enjoyed their stay. It is kid friendly with toys and a pack-n-play for a toddler to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Impartial stay

The house was nice. Overall cleanliness was ok, had a couple of issues but not anything detrimental. Our issue was the service. I addressed issues that didn't get resolved during our 5-day stay. We had to improvise to make things work. Didn't put a damper on our stay.

Prime location, Great Memories

This unit was in a terrific location less than .5 mile from the private beach! We easily walked to the beach daily and there were a handful of parking spots for the car we took for the toddlers. Wifi was available but poor overall and it would be adequate for the occasional yelp search, it would be frustrating for anyone who had to use it for work. While the unit was very clean and the pool was very well kept, the landscaping around the unit made the drive up the driveway a little scary. But once you've passed the entrance/driveway, the unit itself is nice and well kept. The highlight of our trip was the fireworks that we were able to enjoy off of the beach on 4th of July. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and back without having to worry about parking.
