Just steps from the sugar-white sands and a leisurely stroll to Rosemary Beach, this exquisite 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is a symphony of comfort, sophistication, and timeless beauty.

Framed by lush landscaping and the vibrant blooms of camellias, this retreat welcomes you with the promise of serenity and splendor. Inside, the main living area is a haven of relaxation, where two plush sofas encircle a cozy fireplace, inviting laughter and quiet moments alike. The gourmet kitchen, with its large island, sparkling appliances, and thoughtful touches like a wine fridge and ice maker, becomes the heart of the home, perfect for sharing meals and creating memories.

Enjoyable at a cost

Everything about the property was wonderful except one major. Component- the A/C in the upstairs 3 bedroom location had been shutting off and temps got for 79 degrees. We were able to bypass the system shutting off but as a trade off we had to dump buckets of water 3 times a day to keep it from overflowing into the ceiling. The system needed to be flushed out so it could drain properly, someone came to. Check on it 6 days later, we were leaving the next day so don’t know if it got fixed.
