Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Tides. The house was very clean and accommodating for our party of 13. We were so glad there were sand toys and boogie boards for the kids to use. Beach access was convenient as well as the restaurants (Highly recommend Old Florida Fish-house).

Fabulous time at Southern Tides

We stayed at this lovely house for our spring break vacation. We were two families with school age kids (4 adults, 5 kids). The house was roomy, comfortable, clean, and in a great location (walking distance to the beach, off the 30A). Everyone loved the house, pool and golf cart. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Florida! Andrea, property manager, was very helpful and kind.

Perfect for large group with small kids

This was a great spot for our family vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and well cared-for. Our party included 3 families with 8 small children. The kitchen was well-appointed (love the ice maker!) and the living spaces had plenty of seating which we found comfy for gathering. Access to the beach is wonderful--SO much simpler than trying to use public access points. And the kids enjoyed the pool very much. Great find, we'd love to come back!

Can’t say enough about how perfect the house was for us. Excellent.

Size perfect, loved the bunk room. The only thing. Need more chairs in living area. Sofa seated 3; 2 chairs. As large as the house is, I feel there should be me chairs.

Perfect location to beach access

We take a family trip every year to 30a. We truly enjoyed this house. The proximity to direct access to the beach was unbeatable (a quick 3ish minute drive on the golf cart). We were close to enjoy a date night in Alys beach, and then a family day in seaside. We had an issue with the coffee pot, and an hour later, a new one was sitting on the porch. The property manager was very attentive, the house was beautiful, and the neighbor was very quiet and kid friendly!

Family and best friends

This property offers the perfect layout for family and friends. Plenty of room and bathrooms. We love the location located in the back. It’s nice and quiet and the streets are not busy at all. We enjoyed porch time and cooking in the well appointed kitchen. Having use of the golf cart was wonderful when hauling all our coolers to the beach. This was my family’s first time to stay in this area, we are usually at Watercolor. I must say, I prefer this location better! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect 30a House

Our family and friends had the best time at this house. The neighborhood is quaint but enough houses and families around to have a community vibe. The pool is perfect for the kids and was never really crowded. We loved the location being so close you would take a quick bike or golf cart ride to Rosemary. The house has private beach access and is a quick golf cart ride away with private parking. The house is very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for two families. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this house!

Wonderful Vacation

The house is gorgeous and super clean with comfortable beds. It was quite comfortable and plenty of beds for our group of 8. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the community pool which was really nice. Having a golf cart was super convenient but the beach isn’t as close. You can ride the golf cart down to the front entrance and park it there. You must cross the highway to access the beach. It’s approximately 1/2 mile to the beach from the house. There’s a Publix close by and we grocery shopped there. Overall, we really enjoyed this property and location. Next time we may try to rent a home closer to the beach. Seacrest is a lovely beach but I think Seaside has more shops and activities.

Made for a great family vacation

My family had a great vacation staying in this property. We had it maxed out as far as sleeping capacity and it was roomy enough we never felt cramped. Having access to the golf cart made travel to the beach access really easy. Had trouble locating something and the property manager answered her phone even after traditional business hours to provide assistance. It was clean and neighborhood is quant and quiet. The pool is very close to the property and was really nice for the kids. My family had nothing but good things to say. Only thing I would point out to other families traveling here, who do not know the area such as myself, is that the beach access involved traveling down a pretty long steep stair case. Was not an issue for 90% of our group, but we had a couple of 80+ folks with us who had a hard time with that. The stairs are not a big deal otherwise and seem pretty standard for the area from what I could tell.

Highly recommend for large families

We had a spectacular stay at Southern Tides. Andrea was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house was beautiful and as pictured. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and everyone slept comfortably. The ice machine was very convenient. Access to the golf cart makes the beach very doable and easy. We loved the pool!

Everything you could want and need!

The house is beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the necessities. The beach towels and toys were such a nice surprise! The water is crystal clear, and the public beach is not crowded like most 30A beaches. The golf cart was extra helpful for our older guests, and the kids loved the pool!

Great house. The location was perfect. Located on a quiet street. We sat outside on the breezy porch every afternoon and read books. House fit our family. We loved it!

Beautiful and Relaxing House

We brought our kids down for their senior trip. It was the perfect size and held everyone comfortably. Loved the bunk room for the girls!! One of my favorite spots was the screened in porch. Very cozy. So glad it comes with a golf cart because the beach is not as close as I would’ve liked. But having it made it a lot easier to get there. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. They also provide beach towels. The management over the property are awesome and so easy to work with. We loved staying here!! Great location!

Hurricane Ida Vacation

We had a wonderful stay dispite 3 days of rain. Great location, short walk to the pool when we had breaks in the weather. Golf Cart was a blessing when the sun came out and we wre ready for some beach time. Short drive to Rosemary Beach for shopping & dining.

Fabulous place

Our family had a great, relaxing, quiet vacation. The house was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Very private at end of street. Close walk to pool, the only thing they needed was extra blankets and more towels in bathroom.

Great house and location

Great house in a great community. House was the perfect size and layout for our two families (9 guests). Golf cart was perfect for beach trips but the walk isn't far either. Community pool is big with bathrooms on site. Property manager was super responsive and accurately describes house and supplies. Will be visiting again.
