The house is great. Just felt it was run like a business with no personal touch. Kitchen is not equipped but bedrooms are very comfortable and balconies are amazing. Grill is worn out and needs to be replaced

Great property I gave four stars on cleanliness and description accuracy because there was some trash left on the balconies upon our arrival but one call to the management company and they sent someone over right away to get it all cleared up and four stars on accurate description furniture was different on the patio outside but was not a major deal. Thete also could’ve been more towel hangers in the master bathroom. There was really nowhere to put your towels once you got out of the shower but two little hooks over-all the property was amazing would recommend.

This property is on a lovely beach in a less crowded area. Plenty of space for a large, extended family. But we had many problems. I spent 20 minutes on hold each time trying to get solutions to issues. Home is not stocked with ANYTHING! No beach towels, no extra basics in the kitchen, no food storage containers, no sand chairs. Maintenance was in our way on three separate occasions, including during initial check in. Many other uncorrected issues on the property that were not addressed. Cockroaches in garage and kitchen cabinets. Appliances not functioning properly, water leaks in a few different areas, some sliding doors almost inoperable, patio table umbrella had no base so was not functional. This home is not a rental by an owner, it is managed by a company that has many properties to take care of and talking with other people in the area, we heard many similar, sub-par experiences.Will be much more careful in the future to rent from a home owner instead of a large management company.

Dishwasher needs repair and golf cart brake not working. Property close to Public beach access. Some people not respectful of house renters space. Otherwise, the house was good for our family of 11. Would return.
