Once you stay at Pinnacle Port Resort you'll come back time and time again. Perfect Beach Condo

Our family loved this condo. Everything was wonderful and nothing was worn out. Michael the host has thought of anything and everything you might need. And he was always available for any of our questions or concerns. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was very clean. And the balcony was so nice. Excellent !!

Paradise

This property was perfect! Have coffee on the porch with the ocean breeze blowing. The walk to the beach and ocean is so close it’s unbelievable and convenient for all ages. The unit is fully furnished with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even toys. Beach chair rentals are also available. The units kitchen has everything appliance you can think and is fully stocked. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean. The location was quiet and laidback while being right in the middle of PCB and 30A. Great location. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!!!

Great location!

We loved the wrap around porch and proximity to the beach. We were there for the 30 A songwriter's festival and the location was convenient to all the happenings (by car). The condo was as advertised. Bedding and towels comfy. We had a problem with the heat not working but it was fixed within hours. Communication was great!

Pristine and Well Stocked

This unit has recently been updated from top to bottom. It has everything you need (and more!) for a comfortable stay. The ground floor unit was so convenient and had easy access to the beautiful beach. We hope to come back soon!

October 2023 Family Vacation

We stayed at Michael’s condo for 1 week in early October. It is a very nicely updated property with everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Beds are comfortable along with the furniture. The location is incredible as it is a 1st floor property located steps from the beach access point, close parking, and close to the grills. The wrap around deck was my personal favorite as it was like you are sitting on the beach with a VIP sunset view every night. Michael was incredible with communication from beginning to end. It was our first time at Pinnacle Port and we loved how bikeable the area was with the Carillon neighborhood. We will definitely be back to PP and hopefully be privileged to stay at Michaels condo again.

Love this Unit and location will definitely book this unit again next year. My family loves this area, and I overheard my Adult Son say to others how much he is looking to coming back. Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and gave great instructions. He every reached out to me during our stay to confirm we were okay and if we needed anything.

Wonderful beach-side property

Michael's place was Wonderful! Clean, well-stocked & well-kept!! He had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds and couches, hot water to spare & one of the best stocked kitchens that I've seen in my 20+ years of property renting. I will mention that the patio photos are not entirely accurate, the wrap around bar table ledge is no longer there, but there were stand alone bar tables instead...still nice, just thought i would mention, since i noticed the difference immediately. Steps to the beach, impressively quiet and Michael was very attentive & quick to respond. Would definitely recommend & stay here again!!

Panama City Beach Stay

Really enjoyed our recent stay at PCB. The condo we rented met all our needs for this family of four. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. The first floor location was right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to set up our tent oceanfront. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio watching the sun go down and listening to the waves roll in. Michael is a great host, always available and he provided lots of detailed information about the condo, local activities and restaurants. We visited Pier Park a couple of times having an abundance of dinning and shopping opportunities, it was just a short drive from the condo. The beach was great and one of the best we have been to in quite a while. A fun vacation, we would certainly rent from Michael if we visit PCB again. Thanks!

A Great Place!

My family enjoyed staying at this beach front condo. Check in was easy with a code we selected prior to arrival. The condo was extremely clean. It was very well stocked with more than usual items such as phone/tablet charging station, plenty of towels and beach equipment. The kitchen had every single item needed for cooking. We appreciated the extra amenities. We’d love to stay here again.
