Family spring break
We booked this to accommodate a family of 5 with room to relax and each have our own space. Few minor things that werent working in our room to start off- but property manager was quick to fix. Overall the room itself worked great for our family. We also booked this place in particular because it was listed to have 5 pools and had all the shops and dining right on site. 2 of them weren't heated, the kiddie pool wasn't running and the rooftop pool and hot tubs were under construction and completely out of commission. So that was a bunmer for us as we had hoped to utilize more of that. Most of the dining and shops were closed and open only thurs- saturday. The pool bar and snack areas were closed also- again a bummer as we booked with hopes of using that. The light show that was mentioned did not happen every night, in fact was only the lastnight we were there they had it displayed. A lot of these things like I said were minor- but wished we had known more of these details when booking as there is a lot to take into consideration when booking for a family of 5.
