Very nice spacious condo

We had a wonderful stay and experience with this condo and management company. I emailed twice while we were there and they were very prompt to respond. Clean, nice and very well kept. We had an amazing week!

Family vacation

Everything was fine with the expception we couldn't slde the main door to the patio open as it was very corroded and we had to figure out the remotesthe remotes to the tvs and put new batteries in them

Overall it was a nice condo!

The only things I didn’t like: none of the tv’s worked because the internet connection was awful & the layout of the pools was kind of odd. Overall the condo itself was nice.

Poorly Mainained

Zero air-conditioning for the first 2 1/2 days. Had to have he entire air-conditioning replaced. Had AC guys in our unit for two different days. Had to have another maintenance person to come in and fix stopped up sinks. No smoke detector. Killed roaches. Would be a wonderful place to stay if it was properly maintained. Ellie (our property manager) and I did not agree on a proper refund amount. The owner of the property needs to be aware that their condo is not being maintained properly.

Very spacious. Good view of the beach and ocean.

95% good. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Dusting baseboards would b nice. Rug in living room needs to b cleaned or just replaced. Beds are very comfortable. There is a bit of a bug problem in the condo and entrance to the building. Elevators really smell bad. On a rating of 1 to 10 I would rate it a 9. Had a very good dealing with Ellie Avery. She was awesome.

Great place to stay!

This condo was absolutely fantastic. It was very clean, the beds were all comfortable, loved how everyroom had an ocean view and the kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed to cook in. The balconies were nice and relaxing to sit on and I also loved the decore and how upto date it was. It is in a great location and with in walking distance of Pineapple Willies, coyote ugly, The Liq and other restaurants. Also walkable to Walmart and souvenir shops and bus stops if needed- we didn't rent a car so this was a huge plus for us. The resort is gated with security so as a group of women we felt safe staying there. The pool was beautiful and refreshing by the beach. The pool bar had good food and drinks. Ellie was great to communicate with, she answered any questions I had in a timely manner, tentative to our needs and was great to rent off of. All 7 of us ladies loved the place and look forward to coming back!

Great family vacation

We loved our stay and the location of the condo. We did feel there were some maintenance that needs to be done to the condo. One was that the larger utensil drawer in the kitchen is broke, floors need to be cleaned, baseboards were dusty, and outside small table is bent. One of the remotes to the TV’s did not have batteries. You needed a code for the gate to the beach and that was not provided to us but luckily another vacationer yelled it down to us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the owner was very helpful and would stay again.

The condo was amazing, the view was breathtaking. This was my 4th year at PCB and I have to say this was my favorite condo. Was close to everything you needed. Ellie was great. Very fast in returning emails or messages. Very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!! The beds were very comfortable.

Great family getaway

My wife and i split this place with my brother and his wife. We each had our 2 sets of kids there aged 3-9 and they loved the bunk bed setup. The simplicity of the place was amazing and super kid friendly. The handicapped bathroom was ideal for my pregnant wife! We will definitely stay again next year!

Nice condo great location

My family enjoyed the condo. Had everything we needed inside. The location was perfect. Both pools are really nice. Very spacious.This unit does not include any chairs on the beach. That was a small disadvantage. The beach chairs listed in the included description are fold up lawn chairs that aren’t in good condition.

We had such an amazing time. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first night but the manager immediately took care of it and got it fixed. Overall, we were very impressed and will be coming back for another vacation.

Check in troubles

When we arrived at the condo at the specified 3 o’clock check in time, they were just starting to clean the unit. We were told repeatedly it was only going to take 30 more minutes and to drop our things off (inside the uncleaned unit, gross) and don’t worry about being in the cleaners way. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours past check-in outside with children ages 8-1 we were finally inside the unit. Discovered at bedtime the trundle mattresses were not made up, and according to the property manager Ellie, it is because they are only used 50% of the time. They both had filthy stained mattress pads. The next day Ellie brought us new covers for the mattresses along with a bottle of wine for our troubles, but we really should have been refunded the cleaning fee we paid since our unit was not clean upon arrival/during our stay. Overall the unit is in a great location, beach was close and clean and the pool was nice. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
