Nice condo!

We went with two families, 9 of us total. The two boys slept on the couches. They said they were comfortable they just didn’t want to fool with the pull out couch after the first night. I’m the three girls stayed in the bunks and the adult couples the bedrooms. Would not recommend more than two couples or 4 adults. I think if we added another it would have been crowded. Location was amazing! Due to hurricane roads were more crowded than usual but we walked a ton of places! Directly across the road was Mos BBQ, honestly my favorite place to eat! Not crowded, not expensive, and great tasting!!! And working with Vacasa was simple and easy!!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed for the week. It was very spacious, nicely decorated, and had a well stocked kitchen. Great view of the ocean, and loved the private balcony. Condo amenities were wonderful! My children loved the two pools. It was a nice surprise to see a snack bar on the same level as the pool which also offered adult beverages. This condo was in a perfect location close to several of our favorite spots. Runaway Island is right down the road, Senor Frogs is next door, and there is a nice BBQ place directly across the street that is very budget friendly. Overall, I am very happy with our stay and would definitely book this unit again.

Great location and view. Master suite was great. Very spacious. Elevators worked well and the lobby staff was very nice and helpful! Sofa and loveseat need replaced. Floors were gritty and kitchen cabinets were sticky and in much need of a good cleaning.

It’s a good place

It’s a good place to stay if you are short on funds, but still want an amazing Florida experience, the only issue is how strict they really are at the complex, you can’t smoke anywhere only the designated areas which is a drag within itself , and you better not accidentally drop anything over the balcony or you will be fined 100$ or even be kicked out, no refund no anything. And the elevators are always breaking down and dirty.

Girls Getaway

What a great place to stay! We really enjoyed our trip. Very easy check-in, condo was very clean everything in good working order. This condo has amazing views of the ocean we actually could see the sting rays, dolphins, and we actually seen a small shark fish in the water. Thanks for the great experience!

1st impression are everything

This/That was my mine & my family’s 1st time every visiting Florida & by far this/that is our most favorite trip/vacation we’ve ever been on. The condo made us feel right at home , the beach was everything , & we all enjoyed riding the jet skis (back to back lol) .. We will most definitely be back & will be recommended others was will ! We thank y’all so much for making us feel right at home

Family Friendly Fun

family friendly was on point for this trip. Complete with sun, chairs, perfect balcony for when there was bad weather. The spacious nature was good for our size of 4 adults and 5 kids. The lay out of the bathrooms was great. Remember to bring your extra blankets just because blankets were thin, and we also bought some extra pillows for our stay. Overall it was a perfect stay.

The most beautiful beach view ever!

We loved our stay here! The property had everything we needed and it is just as depicted in the photos, no surprises. We went with another family and it was great that both couples had their own king sized bed. The kids loved the bunk room. It's really cute and we loved that it had two sets of bunk beds. There was room for the teenager on the queen sized sofa sleeper. There are tvs in every room, including the bunk room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There are even two coffee pots, a keurig if you want one cup of coffee or a pot if you want more. My husband enjoyed being able to work out on site. But, the best part of our stay was the BEACH and our beach walks. The main bedroom and living room both have amazing views of the ocean. You are literally right on the sand. And if you don't want to get sandy, there are two pools and two hot tubs plus a pool play area for kids. Also included were two beach chairs through the beach chair rental company. We found several places to eat within walking distance and we also enjoyed going to Pier Park for dinner. The owners' also provided games and coloring books for the kids. We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

Beautiful and coastal

This home was beautifully decorated. It was nicely organized and very clean. The views from the balcony was fantastic. The beach chairs were great. The pool was easily accessible. The location of the Sunrise Beach was within walking distance of many restaurants. I loved our vacation and will return.
