Located in the ❤️ of Panama City Beach. Close to shopping, dining, and activities.

⭐” The location couldn’t have been better, we had small children and had no problems walking the five minute walk to the beach daily. ⭐

🍍PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway 2 spots side by side. This is a shared driveway with our other rental. Please make sure you are parked in front of your door. If you need more parking, please use the paid lot across the street.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Family trip

This is our second trip to PCB, as a "second chance" since the last one left us some bad taste at a different property. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back.
