Very Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this space. This is a great area! We enjoyed easy access to the pool and the beach, as well as nearness to restaurants.

The property is just as described in the VRBO and what we had hoped for with pool and beach access ,cleanliness and easy access to restaurants .

Ironman long weekend

Property was great, just as described. Loved the location. We came in really late and still were able to get in touch with RealJoy to get check in code, no issues to report.

Perfect location and space

The condo was spacious and very clean. Despite being poolside, the condo was very quiet so the location was perfect! We would definitely go back.

Couples Beach Trip

The property was well maintained, a perfect location with private beach access and good proximity to tons of shops and restaurants. The entire complex was clean and security was present all day and night. This unit was conviently located near the front and has a great view of the large lagoon pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo for Family Fun

From check in to check out, our experience was stellar! The location was incredibly convenient to all amenities (even though it was too chilly for the pool, it’s proximity was perfect). Communication with the property management company was easy and all of our questions were answered immediately. The condo was perfect for our family and provided us with all that we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious top floor unit

Very spacious top floor unit. Kitchen fully stocked with pretty much every cooking item you could need. Beautiful view of the pool area, which is massive. Close walking proximity to Alys and Rosemary.

Finally-The perfect vacation home for our family!

Favorite place we have ever stayed at on 30A! So many details of this home made our stay special from the hooks by the front door for our beach hats to the exceptionally comfortable beds. Very clean! Invited Home went above and beyond with customer service. See you next year:)

Seacrest Sanctuary

Fantastic property! Very spacious and nicely decorated (with the exception of 1 picture located in the laundry room). Prime location, fantastic view of the pool and the beach...........absolutely gorgeous! The beach is just a short walk across the street. Centrally located......short walking distance to souvenir and variety shops and restaurants. Will most definitely book this property once again in the near future.

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying in this Seacrest Beach condominium. It was very roomy, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds with good pillows! It was equipped with everything one could need, great location too. The building is at the front of the neighborhood and a very quick walk to the beach. We rarely took the shuttle. The large balcony overlooks a beautiful pool and is a great place to unwind. There is so much to do in walking distance to the unit....shops, restaurants, bike rentals. Overall, great place to stay! Would definitely like to rent this one again!

Beautiful!

This was our first vaca with our first grandchild. It could not have been more perfect. The space, the resort, the local shops. We absolutely loved our stay. Our only complaint would be that if you want beach space definitely reserve chairs, or get down super early. The stretch of sand is extremely small for the amount of people, and we were not there during high volume guests. But, we will definitely be back!

A much needed getaway

We had a wonderful week at Seacrest Beach. The condo was just the right size and was in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach and the huge pool. The condo was decorated very nicely without being overdone. The furniture was comfortable and cozy to relax on after a long day. I was concerned about the return vent setup for the air conditioner. The filter was way overdue of needing to be changed and it vented into the closet where the dust and lint just seemed to gather. This definitely should be looked at and redone. The carpet was quite worn and had some pretty bad stains but this did not hinder us from having a wonderful week. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo, great location

You can tell the owners take great care of their condo. It was very clean and spacious for my husband and I and our 3 young children. The location between Rosemary Beach and Alys beach is great since you have so many amenities so close. It is a short walk to the beach from the condo or you can take the shuttle they offer to and from the beach. They are extremely strict about the wristbands. Make sure you receive the right color when you arrive. We did not have the correct wristbands and were kicked off the shuttle by security and treated like criminals. One security "director" berated us in front of our children. They were rude and unhelpful to say the least. What should have been an easily rectified situation escalated into an unnecessary lengthy ordeal. It left a bad taste in our mouth for Seacrest. However, the condo is lovely and you can't beat the location.

The property was great and our stay was wonderful. Lots of space with a wonderful spot overlooking the pool and close proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the lack of toiletries left for us. I've never stayed somewhere where they only left super minimal toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner in a place this size.
