  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

End of Summer Beach getaway

Our stay was the end of summer get away before school starts back. My grandchildren loved every bit of it. Love the beach toys chairs etc. that was there for us to use. Decorated very nicely. Great Family Vacation

Great trip

We visit here every year and this was our first time renting a condo thru vrbo and I was a little nervous but everything was great. The host was great very easy to communicate with had 1 problem that was not their fault but Erica worked quickly to resolve it even let us check in a little early. Room was just as described and had a beautiful view. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The rental and check in process were flawless. The condo was clean with amazing beach views. You definitely can’t find a better pool in PCB than the pools offered at the Edgewater. We will definitely be back.

Great condo

The condo we stayed in was great. The only thing we noticed is the living room outlets where lamps are didn’t work and the top lock was hard to unlock. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Spectacular condo

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Just needed ice trays. The ice maker ran very slow. Would love to stay there again!! Great view from the master bedroom!!

Edgewater 712,Tower 3

Overall Edgewater is a great place to stay. We were there two years ago and it was perfect. Our unit this year definitely needed updating. Bathroom had a smell (mildew, sour) that we could not get rid of. Bought bathroom cleaner but wasn’t able to resolve issue. The dryer was problematic.. it worked but kept getting stuck and stopping. The mattresses in both guest rooms were very uncomfortable. Two days into the trip the elevators in tower three were down so everyone had to use the stairs. Felt bad for those folks checking in and having to carry all their bags up the stairs. Overall Edgewater is nice and a great location. Pools were beautiful and golf course was in pretty good shape. Will definitely go back but won’t be staying in the same unit.

It was AWESOME!

I am so glad that we chose this unit in Tower III on the 7th floor. It was perfect! The room was clean and well stocked. The view from the unit was amazing with the corner view. I like Tower III because it is closer to the beach so the ocean view is great. This was the perfect unit for us with the nice large master and the two queen beds in the secondary bedroom. There was plenty of space for us all. We will be back! Also, Erica was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! That is a plus!
