Spring Break

Location is fantastic. We parked our car and walked to eat and shop. The condo is decorated with a relaxing coastal vibe. The beds are so comfortable to sleep in. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in the middle of many activities!

This was a very clean and well kept condo. Everything was in good shape and very clean. All the necessities were there. Beds were comfortable and had good choice of pillows. The location was great. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It was easy to find food and entertainment options near by. Pool was heated and nice. Beach access was awesome. Over very happy and would highly recommend this rental for vacations!

Wonderful place to stay at

Me and my family had a wonderful time here. The place was spacious, clean, and charming. We especially enjoyed that it was a walking distance from the Alys Beach. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This was an amazing Condo, Location, Beach and the food is amazing everywhere and walking distance! I loved the live musician playing in the courtyard with the little bar to grab a drink and the shaded seating!! We WILL be back!

Quaint condo!!

This property was exactly as presented on VRBO. The place felt like home… The decor throughout was beautiful, clean and quality materials. I loved the decor pillows in the master so much I ordered some for myself online. I would recommend this condo as we will be staying here again!

Great location, perfect for familes

We had a lovely time at Twickenham! We had 2 littles (3 and 6) and 4 adults; had plently of room and space. The management company checked on us multiple times and were very responsive and helpful. The location was PERFECT; close the the pools and the walk to Rosemary Beach's town center is close and enjoyable. The balcony faces 30A and we could see the Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach fireworks from it! It was quiet when we wanted it to be and fun and active when we wanted to engage downstairs in the music and evening activities. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent, would highly recommend

Beautiful condo with great views. My only complaint was that there are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms. Definitely would have been nice to have in the bedrooms and living room. It gets very hot during the Summer. Otherwise, our stay was great and I hope to stay at Twickenham in the future.

We were unable to stay due to a death in our extended family. My husband is a pastor and conducted the funeral last Friday. We are hoping the owners will grant us another date since the vacation was fully paid for.

Seacrest Village stay

The property was really nice and lovely. However, our stay was shortened because of the weather. Tornado conditions terrible rains and straight line winds caused us to leave the property two days early. Actually three days early. Anyway thank you for your time and I would recommend Paradise properties to anyone who would like to rent from them.

Great location between Seacrest and Rosemary Beach

We had a relaxing long family weekend! The condo was quiet, nicely decorated, with plenty of personal space for everyone! Just downstairs is a small grocery, restaurants, coffee and gift shops. The tram was convenient and prompt to pick us up, but we also could easily walk to the beach. I used the beach chair rental and bike rental and both were organized and ready for us when we arrived. We would stay here again on a repeat visit. My only complaint of the area is the inability to find a nice restaurant to eat at that didn’t have a 1 3/4 hour wait. Almost none of the restaurants take reservations. They appeared unable to accommodate the Labor Day weekend crowds.

No blinds or curtains on master door to balcony. Could not sleep in. AC had issues. Also issues with the dryer. No table to eat at. Worst stay on 30A in 12 years.

Perfect for beach getaway

This was the perfect place for our family and was convenient to restaurants and the beach. It was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint was the pillows in the master bedroom were almost non-existent. We love the area and have been several other years. We’ve always had a great experience and loved how safe and secure it felt. Unfortunately, this year was a different story. There were masses of college and high school kids with no super vision. Every night there we’re sheriffs everywhere, as the kids were out of control. It was very disheartening, as we have loved this area as a spring break destination. Hopefully Seacrest as a community will work together to prevent this in the future. The condo itself was very clean and nice and would suggest it to others.

Beautiful condo, very crowded beach

The condo is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furnishings and bedding. Being In the village was so convenient with two toddlers as there are restaurants, ice cream shops and cupcakes, as well as bike rentals downstairs. There is live music in the evenings. The zero entry pool was so nice for the kids. You do have to call the tram to get to the beach. Also the private beach access was so packed. The umbrella rental company took up 75% of the beach and the rest of us were packed in like sardines. It was so disappointing and you couldn't even see or hear the ocean. We ended up driving to Inlet beach and we were right on the water and spread out to actually enjoy the beach. Also, the carpet corner at the master bedroom entrance sticks up. It caused my 1 year old son to trip and fall into the metal bed frame requiring stitches. So be careful with small kids! Another negative was the elevator worked some times and some times it didn't. It wasn't working on the morning of check out so hauling all of our bags, suitcases, beach chairs, cooler, groceries, etc. down three flights of stairs was not ideal. The properties are not connected so we couldn't use another elevator as an alternative. It was a nice week overall and had a lot of conveniences around us but I'd say if your going to the beach to actually enjoy the beach this is probably not the place for you.

Great location, disappointing condo, NO kitchen table!

Pro: The location was amazing. It was right behind the village, close to the pool and elevator. They have 2 nice grills at the pool. The master bathroom is large. Paradise Properties was wonderful and easy to work with during booking and our stay. They got back to us quickly when we contacted them. Con: The dishes were dirty when we arrived, so we had to wash them again. No kitchen table There was a noise in the master bathroom and one of the guest bedrooms (not sure if it was coming from the vents) We knew going into the week the dryer made a noise, however it did not dry well. It was supposed to be fixed on Wednesday. We were never told not to use it, so when he came the unit was too hot for him to fix. The photos are deceiving. The unit is smaller. The fire alarm went off on the first day in the building. No one came. I called Paradise Properties who immediately called the peppery manager. Someone came out to try to turn it off. No fire trucks EVER showed up! There are no dressers in the room with two beds. It’s tiny, just the beds. *We will not stay at these condos again. If you like the location and don’t mind mediocre accommodations then this condo will work. .
