Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking”

First time staying here and was not happy about our unit .

The community overall was great, pool and beach access was nice . No gym nor game room available like they advertise for wristband use . Maintenance never showed up to fix our problems. Dining room table was broken and looked as if it was glued together for a temporary fix . Microwave did not work . Sofa bed mattress and sofa was really stained or dirty.

Spring break 2024

Loved the location and the size of this condo. When we first arrived i laid my purse and a few other things on the dinning table and the whole top of the tsble fell off. Landed on my daughter's foot. It is a very heave table top had it been a small child that it fell on it wpuld habe been bad. Immediately called and reported this was told someone would be by to look at table and possibly replace it for us and I never head anything back from anyone no one showed up to look at it. So we were without a table the whole trip. It was apparent someone had tried to use wood glue to glue the table top back on. Which would never work for a table that heavy. Anyway the rest of the condo was wonderful. Bed in master was extremely comfortable!

We had an overall good time! It's a great property with several great pools. It has a putt putt course but you have to have your own stuff for it, so that was a bummer. We'll be back.

Property Owner needs to find a new Property Manager

Dryer didn’t work, the property manager is hard to get in contact with, no rug at door so you will have to sweep every time you come inside.

Extra charges, no wifi, no cleane

Got charge 190 for a wristband to acces property and parking for 2 nights stay, was told i just rented a room and needed to pay to acces to it, no wifi reach out and was told they where going to check but never showed or fixed it, kitchen poorly equipt one pot in kitchen to cooke and some things had mold as the cutting table, no pans at all, upstairs bunk bed has a loose step my daughert almost had an accident for it we wher not expecting that to be loose, locatiin is good

Misleading advertisement

Nothing was as advertised. The property was not well maintained. The bed was not comfortable. Dryer didn't work properly.. I wasn't pleased at all. I do not recommend people to stay at this accommodation.

I had a great stay. The home was comfortable and dog friendly. Loved the gated community setting and amenities. I would definitely stay again. I did not like the armband policy. Which was an extra charge. It is a gated community, so why are armbands required? Beach was walking distance along with front beach activities. Loved the stay!

Not enough room for the amount of guest they have listed

I emailed twice to let them know the sofa bed they have listed doesn’t pull out into a bed and never got a response. Everything was perfect except my son and friend had no place to sleep when they got there because the sofa bed listed isn’t a sofa bed at all. They had to sleep in the recliner and one on sofa
