Great Thanksgiving Getaway

This was the perfect place to spend a holiday with my spouse and children! We had incredible views, tons of space and there was so much within walking distance to everything. The space itself is clean, updated and so comfortable. Plenty of linens and things as well. Overall, a great stay!

Great location.

We had an issue with the battery on the door pad went bad at check in. The got us on quick and fixed it quick. And if it was because of that, all was perfect. Location was great. Boardwalk to beach was 20 feet way.

Nice and roomy

Lots of room. A few small changes would be painting/scrubbing the door to the balcony. New rug inside at balcony door (it looks like a runner that has been cut with scissors to fit the area). Otherwise, it was clean with lots of room. Would definitely stay there again.

The accuracy of the online listing was way off. This unit needs to be deep cleaned and painted in some areas. The kitchen cabinets and all the closets smell like mold. The washer and dryer were not checked to make sure they were hooked up correctly. The washer hose was not connected and caused flooding of the unit. This was a huge inconvenience as we were on the 3rd floor and we heard from the 1st and 2nd tenants they experienced flooding as well. The techs that were sent up did a good job of cleaning the flood up and were very respectful. We all felt we paid too much for this particular unit.

nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to the beach right outside our door. Super close to shops and restaurants as well nearby. Dolce Vita is the company that services the beach umbrellas at Inlet Beach. We also had issues with our A/C on the last day/night of our stay which made for an uncomfortable final night. otherwise, we really enjoyed it!!

Beach get away

Wonderful views of the gulf on our large balcony with everything we needed to keep us comfortable. Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved having the beach or pool option as well. Great stay!

Awesome place and location. Very bad maintenance and cleaning

We love the area. The views and the pool were amazing. But the house itself was not cleaned well. All baseboards were nasty and dirty. Doors are sticky Master Shower doesn’t drain at all . Balcony door very hard to close.

Beautiful Villa

My daughter and I just got back From a much needed girls weekend and the Villa was beautiful! It was immaculate and was exactly as pictured. We request an early check in and received a response immediately and was able to get checked in with ease, had an issue with the door lock and immediately fixed the issue. We will definitely be back!

One of the Best Spots on the Beach!

If you want a clean condo with excellent views look no further! We had a great week with our girls and cousins. Perfect view to ocean, access to the pool, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

The updates to the property were wonderful.

The walk in shower was great instead of the high bath tub. We have been renting this condo for about six years and have not had any problems until this year. The beach chairs and umbrella that were supposed to be in the unit were not. We reported the issue to Benchmark and they didn't know where they were or what happened to them . They did not resolve the issue until days later when we told them to go buy them . Also we never received the code for the bikes and had to ask for it. My grandson was denied access to the pool because we did not have the bracelets. Again Benchmark did not know what happened to them. They wanted to bring them to us on Monday morning until I told them my grandson could not get into the pool area on Sunday. Very disappointing that the first four days of our staying were challenging and very stressful.

COULD HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL STAY

This is a beautifully appointed condo which at first sight was wonderful. However the lack of attention to detail left a poor impression from the beginning. The people who were to have cleaned the condo did not even begin to clean up the dust and dirt from the recent remodeling project. The first night I was there it was very cool outdoors and the HVAC kicked in showering my bed and my head with drywall dust and grout dust. (Not sure why anyone would place a bed with the HVAC vent directly over the head end of the bed.) I slept on the sofa. The following day a look at the filter in the system and the closet where the HVAC unit was housed showed a clogged filter and a closet which was covered with an inch of dust over the entire interior. A call to Benchmark, the management company, was quickly answered and someone came to change the filter but the dirt in the closet closet was left behind. The result was one full day spent cleaning dust and dirt from construction and from many months of lack of cleaning from under beds, furniture and all surfaces in the unit. The second major issue was a washing machine which did not spin out the water. A call to Benchmark sent someone to hear our complaint and three days later a repairman came to tell us the washer was 'touchy' and we were not loading it correctly. He never tried to run a load of laundry, just assumed three 70+ year olds, who have used multiple washers for over 50 years, were not capable of loading a washer as directed by the instructions on the lid. Result: each time we wanted to do laundry it took the better part of a day to do two or three loads. Wash water did not spin out only drained then clean water came in and drained but didn't spin. Constant rearranging of the wet laundry and several attempts at several different combinations of Drain and Spin and Rinse and Spin cycles would finally get the clothes to the point they could be wrung out by hand then put in the dryer. We were there for 7 weeks so the number of days we lost to cleaning construction dirt and dealing with an incompetent repair person and non functional washer were significant.

302?? Front condo is in need of a complete rehab.

I would replace the cleaning staff if they have one. I haven't seen anything that filthy since college. The pool heater was "broken" according to Manuel. Thankfully it was only open 1 out of the 6 days we stayed here. I had to shower after I sat on the couch. Be careful if you lift up a couch cushion to find your phone! I can't get that vision out of my head. Are the floors tiled or was that blacktop? Never again.

Absolutely one of the best weeks we have spent in Rosemary

The Villa is BEAUTIFUL! Wonderful oceanfront with a balcony to enjoy all the sunsets! The villa is very clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Benchmark management team was EXCELLENT. Would definitely work with them again.
