Snowbird stay in PCB

This is a well kept condo with an excellent balcony view of the Gulf. Nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. Property manager lives in the same building and is very responsive to any needs. Would recommend to anyone wishing an excellent vacation spot in Panama City Beach. Close to lots of restaurants and festive sites. Parking at the condo is easy and elevators reliable.

WONDERFUL!

One of my favorite condos on the beach! Cort is simply the best! I loved the unit, I loved the complex, and I surely loved the beach! We stayed for a month and enjoyed every second! Stocked kitchen, comfty beds, great view, plenty of seating, and very clean! You couldn't ask for a better stay!

Great Stay!

I stayed in a condo that was nice on the 14th fl. That was nice. Stayed an extra night moved to this condo and it blew my mind. The condo is very beautiful nice and clean. It made it feel like a home away from home. The host had a list of places to go which I liked. That was very helpful. You have a beautiful view of the beach. Overall we had a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your home with us.!!!! Hope to visit again.

Nice Getaway

The property was clean and Cort was easy to work with. There were a few details wrong with the property and it was relayed to Cort with a professional response. The balcony view and size is excellent and the condo did a good job hosting game nights. Overall it was s nice experience and I would stay at Cort’s condo again.

Such a great getaway

The condo was awesome, very spacious, new furniture, and best of all no wait on the elevators. Cort was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were in and felt at home! I would 100% recommend! The condo was far enough away from bars and honking cars that we didn’t hear any of it but were minutes away from everything. We will be back!

We had a great week at PCB! The host was attentive when we needed a couple things. Unit is as described. The elevator is an issue, but that is the building’s maintenance issue.

Just a few things.

Washing machine didn’t work well. It kept getting out of balance. The patio chairs should be replaced as they are not very comfortable. The dining chairs are not the same as shown on VRBO. They are wooden. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

PCB 2021

Condo was everything as mentioned. View from balcony was great. Saw alot of dolphins and rays. Weather wasn't the best but still had alot to do. Will definitely look to rent condo again. Renting was made easy by Cort.
