“It was good. The room was clean but there were a few amenities lacking. Nowhere really to hang towels to dry, fridge struggled to get and stay cold, no smart TV for those who like to rest at night with their favorite show (cable and DVD only) and the room probably could update its statement of “sleeps 4”. Should probably read that it sleeps 2 adults and the pull out sofa bed will sleep two SMALL children. My two boys (12, 14) were pretty uncomfortable each night with the mattress in the sofa……

“The room was everything and more than we expected. Extra beach toys and chairs even though the beach service came with the room. Having beach chairs was awesome! Communication with the owners was A. The location is amazing, can walk to dinner each night, gift shops, and parking is easy. View was amazing, love being on the third floor and easy access to stairs if you don't want to wait for elevators. We have been coming to PCB for years and this place is at the top of our list to stay at. ”

“An excellent property that is up-to-date and comfortable. The beach access is literally right across the street. Excellent location as far as restaurants and shopping. Very close proximity to the state park which is really really great.”

It was so easy to check in, get parking passes and wrist bands. The kitchen was well stocked. This is a great place to ho if your looking for peace and relaxation. Loved it ”

“The vertical curtain blinds had 2 slates missing and one slat fell off the first day we were there.This was at the door to the deck in the living room. The hot water last long enough for one person to shower. A lot of police presence in the area. Lots of young people starting Thursday night to Sunday. Beach is wonderful. Security of the facility is very good. View was great. We liked the layout of the condo. Big comfortable bed. We will stay at that condo again. ”
