The condo was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Loved the location, convenience of the on site bar & grille, short walk to the beach, and especially NO parking garage. Loved our stay!

Great Place for a relaxing vacation

The view is spectacular from this unit. Beautifully decorated and clean. Ample space and great layout. We would definitely recommend staying in this condo.

Great updated unit with great view

Check in was a breeze and unit was ready early. Pictures represent it well and was clean and well maintained. Made the week stay fun for family and enjoyed waking up and having coffee overlooking the ocean. Overall complex while maintained is a bit older and some of the kitchen utinesils and pots could use updating in the unit.

Great location but…

Overall, the condo was very nice and the location was excellent. A few complaints: no rug in the living room, glass tables in the living room and the pickets on the balcony were too widely spaced. This makes the unit less small child appropriate.

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. This was our first time at this property, and we had a good time. We liked the location, the view, the walk to the beach was easy, elevators weren’t hard to get. Check in was smooth. The condo had plenty of space. It was easy to communicate with the management company, they responded quickly. We’ll keep this place on our list.

Great place!

The condo was just as described! We had friends who stayed in other condos in this tower and ours by far was the most updated! The communication with the host was excellent, she always responded and followed up with any needs. We had a great time and would stay again!

Not perfect but the view was amazing!

I would have liked to have the opportunity for a 3.5 star rating. Kitchen was great, and it was advertised pretty accurately. Behind the scenes it had very slow drains everywhere. We had to stand in deep water while taking showers. Floors could have been cleaned better, and one of the bedspreads on the bunk bed smelled profusely of vomit. Master bed was extremely comfortable but sofa sleeper was the worst I've ever been on. It did work for our needs, and overall it was a nice unit

Excellent Property

Our stay was wonderful. It was a very easy, short walk to pools, beach & property extras. Very close drive to grocery, pier, & restaurants. Lovely updated condo with a beautiful view. We will be back.

Great winter retreat!

Visited this condo for a gymnastics competition on the property. Overall, it was fantastic! Spoke with management company several times to make some adjustments and they were super responsive (even on Sunday) and very helpful! Besides gymnastics & the beach, my wife and I looked forward to drinking coffee on the balcony & watching the sun come up. Unfortunately, we had a brutal day flying in (weather) and got in late. We didn't get a chance to shop for food until the next day, which left us without any coffee for the next morning. Future visitors, I highly recommend reading the "things to buy/bring" list from property management. If you like coffee & sunrises on the first AM, I'd even pack some KCUPS for that first morning! Would stay again!

Wonderful respite

The views were stunning from the condo. Whether inside or on the balcony, ocean and beach for miles! We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. We ate three of the nights at Oceans restaurant - we only wished it wasn’t so cold at night and and we could have eaten outside. I would definitely stay at Seahorse Serenity again!!

Good condo

Condo in Tower 2 is very good and comfortable. When we arrived there was the usual elevator problems (one side was being serviced). But by the next morning it was fixed.

Filthy

The place would have been wonderful had it been clean. The showers had mold growing in them. The floors turned our feet black. The white bunk bed steps were turned black with dirt. The list could go on. I call to have the issue resolved and it never was. I hope the owners know that they are paying for the property to be cleaned and it is not getting done.

Great property! Floors needed better cleaning but everything else was wonderful!

Our family had a great stay in this condo. Great property and location. The only compute had was the floors were not as clean as they should have been. They were a little sticky and turned out bare feet black on the bottom. We also had to sweep up some sand and crumbs in the kitchen and dining area from the last guests.

Beautiful condo

Seahorse serenity is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathrooms are all spacious and updated. Plenty of towels and linens were provided. In over 20 years of going to the beach, this is our favorite condo. Although it is a larger complex, parking is plentiful and we didn't have to search for an open space. The beach, pools and grounds are all very nice and relaxing. We would stay in Seahorse Serenity again.
