Property includes dedicated Rosemary Beach® community Beach Access via 9 Private Beach Walkovers. Beach chair service available for an additional cost through RBPOA Beach Service. Upstairs is light and airy with bamboo floors and large windows. The main room has a comfortable living area with a flatscreen TV. Ample seating for 5-6 people. Also in this area is a dining table that will seat 6. A zinc topped counter separates the full kitchen. A wonderful balcony is outside the sliding glass doors. With comfortable chairs, a table and a view of the ocean, this is a perfect place to unwind.

Up to the third floor loft you find another view of the water through the eyebrow window. This floor is the perfect getaway for the kids. There is a twin daybed sofa and a TV on this floor. Great hangout for the kids while meals are being fixed.

Outside you will find an outdoor shower . There is a gas grill which is shared with the main cottage.

This home is in a perfect location being close to the Coquina pool and easy walking distance to the beach. The town center is a short stroll away. The boardwalk to the beach is steps from the front door. The house is close enough to the eastern and western greens for playtime but far enough to be away from the noise.
