A very nice beachfront property. Well kept sbd with good amenities. Great ocean view. The building is old, but we’ll kept too. Great big pools with a bar & restaurant. The property owner was very friendly.

Condo was fabulous! I especially appreciated that the decor was nice, the kitchen was well stocked, there's a dehumidifier to keep the indoor temperature comfortable, the master bed was comfortable, and the light switches were labeled ❤️

Great property by the beach. Very conveniently located near supermarkets, shopping and tourist attractions. The apartment is very well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony was espectacular. The building is old, but well maintained. The pool and service was great. Plenty of parking too. P/S to anyone resting this property please ask questions about the A/C unit I almost got charged for something I didn’t not break or was not in the contract. Other than that everything was great The owner / host was very friendly and always answered questions very quickly

The unit was clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view over the swimming pool to the beach beyond (fifth floor was just about perfect). Parking was plentiful, the beach was not crowded, and the beach lounges and umbrella were reserved for the whole stay instead of having to reserve it daily. The owner was fantastic to work with. The beds let us sleep so good! The parking lot is gated and guarded. This place is a good deal.

We have stayed several times in PCB and this is the second stay in this particular unit. We love the location and the property overall. This unit could have definitely used a good cleaning prior to our arrival. It appeared as though it had not been cleaned in a while. Things like a lot of dust and some mildew in the hall shower, for example. Towels were also left in the dryer and not folded and put away. Minor issues like outdoor fan not working and outlets in bathroom not working were found but nothing significant enough to cause issues or needing to be fixed while we were at staying there. Would definitely stay here again and overall had a great time! We even saw dolphins from our balcony!

Instructions sheets does not correspond with RT sign in sheet.. user/password for WiFi is not correct on sign in sheet. Condo clean, over all building good. Need more central elevator or elevators… needs more carts…
