Tropic Winds is a great location -- on the beach, and was not crowded. The elevators did not take long, and the property is well maintained. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely book again!

This condo was so clean!! The beds so comfortable! The whole condo had beautiful upgrades. All around the best we’ve found on the panhandle. The rental company was responsive and eager to help whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with our unit. Amazing views, beautiful condo. We had everything we needed. Very quiet and couldn't hear any of our neighbors. Unit was very clean, comfortable beds. We will definitely be back again. We hate that we have to go back home and wish we could stay forever.

We stayed at Tropic Winds for a long weekend and the unit exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and very well appointed. The decor was exceptional - the pictures do not do it justice. The location is very close to Pier Park, which was ideal. Most of all, the owner (Melissa) was gracious and responsive. We had some logistical issues initially, but she was more than acommodating in making things right in the end. For that reason, we will never hesitate to return to properties she owns and will recommend her without hesitation. Looking forward to returning asap.

Reviewer Comments: Greta's is the first management company I have ever dealt with that actually called and let us know that our condo was ready if we wanted to arrive a couple hours early. Very much appreciated after a long drive. Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, and view from this end unit is amazing. A problem with the entry door closing was fixed within 2 hours of reporting it. The only suggestion would be an upgrade to the pots/pans, but not a huge deal. Will definitely book again.

Golf cart?

We overall enjoyed our week very much! Condo looked like the pictures. Linens could be replaced soon, my sheets felt like they were a little worn out. My only issues were with the property not the condo, the pool was really small for the number of people that were using it, and more times than not, there weren’t any chairs for people to sit at next to the pool. Also the parking garage was a nightmare for anyone with a larger truck, SUV , we rented a golf cart for the week only to be told that golf carts are NOT allowed on the property. So we had to park it somewhere else even though we had paid for two spaces and were only using one of them. So although we liked the condo, we will stay somewhere that has a normal parking garage, bigger pool, and allow golf carts for the price we paid here or less, next time.

The condo is Gorgeous. the balcony was Amazing. We had an overall great stay. However, the only thing that was bad. was the floors were so dirty. our feet would be black. and white socks would be black. if we walked around barefoot we would have to wash our feet before going to bed.

This unit is great! Take it from a person who doesn’t lay there head just anywhere. Also, I have a toddler so I’m very particular. The unit is nice and clean and the views are breathtaking!
